astonishingly chaotic, riveting and very darkly funny. relevant as ever and totally fucked. love hellscape 1970s manhattan. everyone’s performance is a revelation. 

saw this as a part of bleak week at the american cinematheque at the egyptian, q&a with elliott gould afterward. magical.
