This was really good. Funny but not at the wrong times, and pretty dark for a Marvel flick which, if Void is gonna be involved in the movie, it really needs to be. 

The cast is absolutely outstanding. Lewis Pullman was probably my favorite, but Florence Pugh, David Harbour, Julia Louise Dreyfuss, Wyatt Russell, Seb Stan…all great. Hannah John Kaman, too, though she had less to do. All around great group. Really strong action set pieces, solid character work.

Feels good. Need Fantastic Four to live up to the hype and wrench Marvel back on course.

Chiefs and Hallmark Christmas. Fuck yes.

Yeah, there are a few flaws here and there, but Gal Gadot is so perfect as Wonder Woman, and Chris Pine equally so as Steve Trevor, that those flaws are just washed away.

The action scenes were shot well, and Diana's foray into the alien world of men felt so genuine. Her awe that slowly turned to confusion and then horror, before finally settling on understanding. She was fantastic.
