I'd wager that most of the films I've watched have contained at least one fight scene, usually one worth mentioning - in fact, probably half the movies I've seen in my life are based entirely around one guy smacking the garlic juice out of 10 or 20 other guys across 90 minutes. In keeping with the premise of this showdown, I have to rein myself in and limit this list to one-on-one displays of fisticuffs, which does make the pool of candidates slightly smaller, but still... a top 10 from hundreds? At least there's no limit on honorable mentions.
