Water/shark horror is one of my favorite sub-genres because it is so realistic and terrifying. Dangerous Animals is now a solid addition with a strong female lead who is tough as nails. I always appreciate films that get straight to the point and don’t let off the gas. Several scenes had me clenching and covering my eyes. The gore and terror is real. Go check this out in theaters! Highly recommend.

Phew. Thank goodness this wasn’t a flop. I loved the callbacks to the previous films while also creating new humorous elements with this one. The opening scene had my stomach turning because you could never catch me on something that high in the sky. Erik’s character was hilarious. I loved his “show me your kitties” mug.
And of course Tony Todd’s appearance was a tear jerker.

I’m happy with this installment to the franchise. Definitely more rewatchable than the 4th and 5th IMO.

Keke is a damn queen and now they got me fallin’ for SZA. This was an episode right out of Broad City.
Anything that could go wrong, will go wrong.
