I'm just trying to be as funny as Lars Von Trier

Life is hard but the little moments of joy make it all worth it. Nothing ever matters because everything always does. This movie does everything so we’ll while also being unlike everything before. I want to say so much but seeing this movie without any fence or of what while happen matters so much. I cried because of the story and because of the message and because it’s so goddamn beautiful.
Jane is one of my favorite filmmakers right now, and has a fantastic skill at these ultra targeted movies that speak to a small group of people super directly and a wider group as a whole at the same exact time. So much to love about this film in every single way. Big Twin Peak: The Return vibes in the best ways possible. Deeply sad in many parts that felt as though the spoke directly to me.
