Really loved the frantic nature of Lino being able to demolish anyone and anything in his way to prove his innocence. The “mobbed-up” fight scene at the police station was a highlight for me too. I always wanted to watch a grounded, well shot and edit fight that focused on multiple opponents taking down someone all at once instead of one by one.
A bullet riddled, blood soaked love letter to the sub genre known as “heroic bloodshed”. So many nods to John Woo and Ringo Lam in the action scenes and they truly deliver on all fronts.
