Boggy Freak’s review published on Letterboxd:
Not a sequel to the 1986 oddity Ratboy but instead a nasty, weird, and shallowly plotted piece of late 80s Italian horror—in other words, a schlocky riot! As much as it is exploitative, there is something so effortlessly fun about a bare bones set-up—here it literally introduces the rat-humanlike creature of Mousey (yes, you read that correctly) locked inside a cage, and then two seconds later, shows the cage torn open and vacant of a little human rat. Can't get over this guy's smile in this. He loves doing what he does. Add this to the pantheon of "lil freaks having a blast while endlessly stalking and soon enough murdering".
