Bro watched his wife getting rizzed by her childhood sweetheart and said to him 'I'm glad that you came here' 😭 😭

I'm on the fence with this movie. Whilst I liked the way that it looked and the use of sound (one of the best things about it), the story just became too repetitive for it's own good and the plot armour got a bit ridiculous. Jai Courtney killed it 😏 as Tucker and the tension was 100% there. But that cliche ending genuinely makes it lose half a star ⭐️
*Late logging* - This is one of the best instalments in the franchise. The opening scene is one of the greatest in the series and i'd genuinely love to see a FD movie set in the 1960's. This gave me the same feeling that SAW X did when that was release a couple years back with the way that an old franchise that was at it's best in the 2000's was able to be revived.
The deaths were so creative, the ending was humorous and stuck true to it's predecessors and i'm hoping we're going to get a prequel movie next!
I'm struggling to put into words how this movie made me feel... The transitions, the soundtrack, the performances, the emotion... the sheer EMOTION! The way this movie made me feel is a way that I haven't felt in a cinema for SO LONG. It's just incredible. It's heartbreakingly beautiful, emotionally shattering and I can't wait to watch it again
Give the marketing team a raise. Fooled us all into believing this was actually gonna be scary. It was a really creative film to watch in of the execution, it was gorgeous on the eye, Nicolas Cage was creepy but could have been creepier, and personally I didn't like the supernatural element. A lone serial killer that was psychotic would have been a far better result. I won't watch again but I would recommend!
