god, what a disappointment. there is so much i liked about this too. every actor brings their a-game (zoe kravitz gives the best performance here), the score is fantastic, it has pretty decent cinematography, AMAZING production design, pulse-pounding action (some of the best hand to hand combat in recent memory), great costumes, and the works. however, the writing in this film is atrocious. from a story and plot point of view, it’s convoluted, drawn-out, and has poor pacing. and the…
