Two hours in the stranger next to me whispered to me that I had the prettiest laugh.
I have never had a better compliment.

This film has to be seen in a cinema, not on the big screen, but in a space with a large audience.
This film offered a unique experience in its final moments of credits:
The screening was sold out, everyone sat there dumbstruck by the film they had just seen, and then like any film the trickle of voices began. Voices discussing the film, voices discussing other films they had seen, voices discussing any random thing.
And the film over…
When I saw this live it changed my life. I sobbed hysterically from the moment it ended until I slept. Because of this show I gave up watching films by abs and came out to my family as bisexual and genderqueer.
This is essential viewing for everyone. Hannah Gadsby's story deserves to be told right and it should be heard.
