Possibly the worst comic book film that’s come out this century. The CG and cinematography are both abysmal, not to mention the over-editing during every action scene. Also, Anthony Mackie is an objectively bad actor.

Maybe it was the 150 mg of edibles that I ate during the movie, but I absolutely loved this film from beginning to end, especially the controversial ending.

I get that it’s a Barbie movie and I should be suspending disbelief, but it’s PG-13 and there were real world issues addressed, so at least write a script that doesn’t defy logic at every turn possible.
Definitely fuck the patriarchy, but Barbie is overrated and underwhelming.
