You know how sometimes you can watch a movie and go "Oh my God this movie is so aggressively 70's/80's/90's" in like the tropes, styles and cultures?
This is one of the only movies I can think of where I can definitively say this is a 2000's ass movie.
Like I feel like I wanna put it in a time capsule and preserve it for future generations to look at as a window into 00's media.
This movie is such over complicated, boring action movie slop that takes itself so seriously I stopped watching about 3/4 the way through to play Powerwash Simulator.
Whether I try to approach it ironically or in earnest it just completely loses my interest with pompous nonsense and halfbaked one-liners.
This could've been so interesting of it wasn't so devoted to being up it's own ass for 2½ hours.
Absolutely mindnumbing.
