Still waiting on the sequel, Close Encounters of the Fourth Kind

Is there a more meteoric rise in racing?  😂. This movie is still pretty dumb, but goddamnit I can’t help but enjoy the hell out of it.  Give me a Ricky Bobby / Cole Trickle movie you cowards.

I enjoyed the hell out of this. It's a "men on a mission" movie, and the mission is getting the frame for a building's floors finished before the deadline. It has charm, pathos, suspense, and a murderer's row of great 70's character actors. A Tarantino rec via the Pure Cinema Podcast, you can find a great version currently streaming on YouTube.
