I am giving this one star to symbolize the one true star Jennifer Lopez. The failure of Hustlers and the film establishment to cement her as a prestige actress has clearly provoked a shift in her, a frenzied grasp towards auteur status. "This Is Me...Now" is clearly the work of an auteur who has not studied any film ever, which ultimately makes it both radically derivative and radically emotional in equal measure.
