The “Exquisite Shorts” program currently streaming this says this film was made “accidentally” upon a return trip home, which shows, but I’d argue this isn’t a bug but a feature - Watchorn taps into a vein that seems to pander straight to my tastes almost by happenstance or intuition. Like, yes, that’s just what the world is like - of course all this information would be assembled this way! Extremely excited to see what an intentional work looks like!
