Wanted to like this one more than I did and it’s just an okay documentary. Nothing great but nothing special.

So, #Pinocchio , gonna be honest: I think most of y'all are overdoing it with how bad this is. It's not the worst movie of the year. Sure it has a few issues here, but this is one of the better live action remakes they've done. Hanks commits in the role, the animation is great, the rest of the cast is pretty solid especially the main star himself, Benjamin Evan Aimsworth as Pinocchio. Effects are well done mostly. Again, a few issues aside with some CG and a little long, but the songs, nostalgia and Zemeckis' heart is in the right place.
