This has its moments. Enough to suggest that the budget cuts may have hurt this significantly. Good thing the cast playing seasoned special forces enforcement personel looked young enough to accept candy as payment. I wouldn't be surprised if they improvised their own dialogue, too. Still, I had more fun with this than any of Anderson's obnoxious films and dug the brief but visceral action sequences here unlike the tedious gravity (and gravitas) defying The Matrix-inspired spastic trapeze CGI fuckshit of the old series...
