It’s been a long while since I’ve seen a movie as fun and brimming with even a tenth as much manic energy as Kamikaze Girls manages to exude. Right from the start Kamikaze Girls pummels you with vibrant colors, a high-energy poppy feel, and genuinely funny comedy. This might be one of the best Japanese comedies I’ve seen.
