Soft, simple, sweet.

I might be the odd one out here, but it felt too much like a film that people would pretend they enjoy because it's "indie". The film is unbearably slow, accentuated with scenes of mundane tasks which are just that, mundane and boring. The director shows Japan to have this cool unnecessary tech just because it's Japan, exactly what you'd expect an ordinary imagination to be satisfied by.
