Hello friends of Letterboxd! I’ve spent the last three years directing my first feature film and today it finally comes out in the US. It will forever hold a special place in my heart and the cast/crew gave it their all bringing this small little film to life. It’s available now on iTunes/Apple TV, Amazon Video, Google Play/YouTube Movies, Vudu and more. Whether you love it or hate it, I hope you check it out ❤️ Small films like this are hard to get made/distributed and every little bit of counts. Thank you and enjoy your descent into terror!

It takes truly great filmmaking to turn Untouched by the Veronicas into something terrifying, but the Philippou brothers have pulled it off. Gnarly, fucked up movie. Some real sick imagery and sound design here that I won’t be able to get out of my head. Sally Hawkins is chilling, but man, Sora Wong and Jonah Wren Phillips give two great and gut wrenching child performances. Really good stuff. Really good movie. Bleak as all hell, and maybe won’t have a lot of rewatch value because of it, but it had me on edge the entire runtime.

This is honestly the greatest film ever made. We can’t top this. It’s where we peak as a society. The Rock straight up fights a giant mutant monkey, giant mutant crocodile and giant mutant wolf at the same time. This film is nuts. Like, sure, I guess you could describe this film as ‘garbage.’ But I’d prefer to describe it as ‘cinema.’
