pretty damn funny. after viewing Inherent Vice earlier this month, i can see what film that one was tryna be after viewing this one. luckily this one is much better. The Dude is a great chatacter and holy fuck does John Goodman piss me off. he's amazing in this movie and i wanna staple Walter's mouth shut.

i love how you can tell who's gonna be a respectful character based on what they call The Dude. Philip Seymour Hoffman calls him Mr. Lebowski once. the rest of the time he is The Dude. and it's great. definitely one of my fav of his characters

up there with the best Final Destination films. this one really came in and showed some filmmaking prowess for the franchise. im especially impressed with the editing. Eric A. Sears was cooking during the premonition scene. i didnt even recognize the symbolism of the creme brulee until the callback.

i also think this one has the best story. the characters are not the most fleshed out, but i feel you can empathize with them. and the kills were off the fuckin rails. definitely a must watch for people who like the series.

by far the best of the disney live action remakes. too bad they didnt stop here. Neel Sethi is a great Mowgli. he's cute and got a great voice that fits the character well. he also does amazing with dramatic scenes being the only live action actor. Bill Murray is definetly a treasure. he fits the chatacter of Baloo so well. Idris Elba has a great rumbling voice for Shere Khan. and Christopher Walken was such an inspired pick for King Louis. he rocks the fuuuck outta one of the most iconic songs in disney.

still cant get over how mass child murder gets shown on screen of a kids movie and people dont flip about it because it's the bibble
