Such a unique way to showcase someone’s life and career. Pharrell Williams is probably one of the most famous music producers to ever do it and I love the Lego format for storytelling.

Very fun film, love looking at BTS tidbits and learning that this was made with zero interference from Disney which explains why it’s pretty out there. Animation is also very beautiful, the watercolour backgrounds are such a nice touch to this.

A nice introduction for me into the series, even though it was the final 2 episodes. Animation looks nice, fight scenes are cool, characters have some great moments and it’s got the guy from Fortnite.

Holy fucking shit, The Phillippou brothers have delivered so well with this. I went into this just expecting another Talk To Me, but thematically it is so different I love it. Just the theme of grief itself is so beautifully used in this, through the performances especially from Sally Hawkins who is just amazing in this. The cinematography and lighting as well are major steps up from Talk To Me, I love seeing these guys improve their filmmaking. I hope that their next project is just as amazing.
