Truly some of the worst dialogue and line deliveries I’ve heard in a while and my theory is they casted American actors who just don’t have the cheeky for a Guy Ritchie. Between this and “The Gorge”, I’m all in with the direction of Apple+’s off-brand, movies for gamers movies.
A papal conspiracy thriller with heavy hitter actors that’s rated PG? HUGE FLEX. That was a major selling point for me. Had to see what these catholic freaks were up to and I’ll tell you what, the movie was pretty good. That’s what PG stands for: “Pretty Good”. Conclave is rated PG for pretty good. I’d say this movie is pretty good.
This was the first PA job I ever worked. On my third day, I got called out by Anthony Mackie for wearing a Universal Studios Orlando pin on my jacket at a Disney/Marvel production. After he ripped my ass a new one, someone from the production came up and gave me a worse looking Marvel pin to replace it. I gained a lot of valuable experience on that set.
