Loved the idea of a serial killer shark movie, but in the end I wanted more chomps and less creepy killer. Jai Courtney is either a real-life psychopath or deserves an Oscar (I’m being so serious).

it was NOT looking good when they kicked things off with a big ol exposition dump

this is pretty much what I expected, but somehow still more soulless and contrived 

leaving things on a cliffhanger is absolutely unhinged of them
