Weaker than the other psych movies but still stronger than most studio comedy’s, Dulé Hill can make me belly laugh with as little as a “tsk”

The first act has some issues with the pacing and the new characters it introduces, it plods along some areas, with some sparks in there till the second act picks up with more action. The tone is also split, it has a very dark tone compared to the recent outings, I personally think it works.
