Elvira Madigan

Elvira Madigan is the story of our hands without lines.

Love that age from Ebert’s review on this film:

But then he uses a style of moving his camera away from the direction of the movement on the screen. The camera moves left, for example, as Berggren, on the left, es a glass of wine to Miss Degermark, on the right. Conventional camera work, I suppose, would require the camera to follow the action. What Widerberg establishes is both the static beauty of the scene and the subtle sense that the "art" is moving against the "reality”.” -Roger Ebert

Tenebre

When I hear the Goblin’s theme music, I feel that, whatever I see on screen there is a fantastic cinematic experience coming through me. Music is like a biological part for this movie, I can’t imagine Tenebre without soundtracks.
"Tenebre" by Goblin, soundtrack's link

Some details in Tenebre like a memory sequences or sensual tension between writer and plumber girl is absulately perfect. Argento knows the best way to relate desires and ions without explain and openly show them. Don’t want to…
