I genuinely don't think I will ever be able to articulate my adoration for this film. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous 70mm print, easily worth the four hour round trip to see it. I first watched Licorice Pizza and absolutely adored it, and post Magnolia yesterday, it feels like a perfect and necessary antidote. It has a beautiful levity and easy flow to it, and has that weird PTA effect where 2 hours have ed and you love what you saw but don’t really know how you got there… it’s just awesome. If you don’t enjoy it, that’s kinda crazy.
