Sharon Scalzo is pure summer in her white dress and this is probably my favourite of her performances across many Farley/Roxburgh films. There’s something so disarming and natural about her presence and it’s totally captivating here, in one of the more whimsical films by this gang. Switched into this at the last minute craving some laughs and was delighted to immediately run into friends who I didn't even know were coming to BUFF.

Kai's pre-recorded introduction that we shot against a blue screen in our lounge room was a hit with this big and eager audience and the movie killed as well.

Still probably my least favourite of the three big Henenlotters but it's really funny and looks amazing. The big crystals and explosive impact of supercrack crack me tf up.

Surprised by the positive attention and generous ratings this is getting because it seems very ill-informed about sex work in general and BDSM in particular, and very conflicted in of what it thinks its characters are getting out of it. I think the upbeat ending might have something to do with it – it's lovely and charming and full of goodwill, and it almost made me reconsider my stance on the rest of the film.

Ultimately though I think…
