You know shit is serious when Shrek gets the widescreen aspect ratio and has a doomer midlife crisis

Man, I haven’t seen this one since middle school! Was excited going in but.. this didn’t hold up all that great. I mean, it’s not terrible and it’s a serviceable ending for Shrek, but I don’t think it’s super amazing or a masterpiece or anything. 

I guess it’s not the worst Shrek movie, but it feels WAYYYY slower and it almost borders…

I still find it funny that the two movies that come after Shrek 2 revolve around Shrek ditching his wife and family to do a bunch of weird bullshit
