I built a new deck in my backyard and planned on having community movie nights. For our first night we were struggling and debating over our first screening choice when our friend mentioned they had never seen Pulp Fiction. That made the choice easy and all of us were delighted to see it (again and for the first time).

First, this film should be considered the 2015 Anti-50 Shades of Grey, in that we are presented with a strong female character who does not mindlessly submit herself to the whims and desires of wealthy/powerful dominants who have a lot of neat technological toys. Instead, she goes her own way and learns to stand up for herself.
