This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
So if you think about the bad guy, who is supposed to be a giga brain, his plan was to get Ross (Harrison Ford) elected and also keep him alive with super pills in order to turn Japan against his presidential treaty by stealing adamantium and then intentionally failing to assassinate Ross all so that Ross would hulk out publicly and look bad, even though the hulk is a well-liked hero in this world?
It makes no sense, but maybe…
I was browsing through the Hulu originals looking for anything watchable and this gem blew me away.
Funny, down to earth, and Wexler, a star, is born on screen. Great example of a combination of writing, comedic acting, and directing that made this one shine, even though it was a shoestring budget.
Memorable treat, fun to watch!
Stylish and fun, entertaining. I'm confident that there are some logical plot holes in there with the reversed time concept, but I can't really figure out what is happening enough to make sure. It's so high concept and confusing that you kind of just watch and let it all flow over you.
