Watched on my little tv the day after mister lynch died. This movie is a trip. It’s my favorite trip. I did have to watch a YouTube video essay explaining what I just watched after watching this for the first time.

The vhs tape that I acquired from an estate sale is marked by its previous owner. The video store they bought the tape at had categorized this as a horror movie, the word horror was scratched…

I watched the trailer for this on movie last month and was confused why it was coming out in November instead of October. (I really wanted to watch which movies last month). Just finished it and completely understand why it was not marketed to be a Halloween movie (obviously).
What a beautiful way to tell the story of mothers who have experienced postpartum depression and psychosis. It was absolutely beautiful and the clips that they decided to use were so tasteful, especially with the script. Ending made me tear up, and I am so proud of each of the woman who told their stories.
