Greatest love story ever.

Man you have to give it to Australian cinema, they know how to add a layer of horror in their films that is so unique. And the cinematography was just breathtaking.

The film took a while to get going, and a few irritating characters made it a bit of a slog at times. That said, the ending added more depth beyond just the restaurant setting and turned out to be much more engaging. I’ll probably forget I watched this though.

The cinematography was 10/10, but the plot unfortunately lost me at some parts. Overall not a bad film, definitely will be revisiting.

They knew what they were doing with this. It’s a shame, because the cinematography actually looked good. Story-wise, I’m not sure what they were trying to convey. The pacing was way too fast, and the characters were painfully dull. Many of them added nothing to the plot. One of them was literally just there for no reason at all, but to have one action scene (you know the one). The corny dialogue didn’t help either. It’s really sad when you see a cool character like Captain America get this kind of treatment.
