If the director was female I would have rated this higher… I just can’t sit and watch any more disgusting men force themselves onto young girls in cinema and excuse as some sort of metaphor you know. Minus Sully persisting to appear and I would’ve rated it better, because it’s a really poetic premise and at times it was beautifully carried out. Human connection in this was such a warped ideal, and it was interesting to see these people who are so close to society but are completely alienated and are left with each other’s madness and desperate loneliness

The music was unsettling, the story pacing was unsettling, the shot types and transitions where unsettling… Everything was designed to make the audience uncomfortable.

You can tell this movie originated from that one fun fact that biting your finger off is easier to do than a carrot. What a good little scene
