That’s a crazy cast for how stupid this movie is.

Ok yes, the kid is practically the spawn of satan. But, if you walk in on your kid jerkin it and you make prolonged eye instead of immediately closing the door, there’s blame on both sides.

“What the fuck are we doing, man?”
“I know I hate this so much-”
“I’m a 34 year old man I can’t be doing this shit.”

I wish they hadn’t made the twist as obvious as they did.

“Donnie, you know, sometimes I think in that orphanage they dropped you on your fuckin’ head.”

One of my new favorite scenes in movie history is Tim Blake Nelson, Paul Giamatti and Johnny Depp sitting in a circle talking about the many meanings of ‘fuhgettaboutit’.

This is way better than I expected, and I loved it. But you expect me to believe that it took them over a year to find ‘Heroes’ by David Bowie? Who doesn’t know that song?
