I've allowed for sequels of prequels/reboots (see Alien: Covenant). All those loose trilogies have been omitted.

Fairly harsh showdown rule on Fury Road, as it has some original cast in different roles, and Max of course plagued by some memories of the past, but I do appreciate the need to neatly scope this out by leaning closely into story chronology, thereby omitting loose affiliations. I've personally included it (how could I not), but please disregard it when pulling showdown votes.

I've left Bond aside, as only Quantum of Solace has a robust sense of direct chronology. Indiana Jones is also sketchy, but as a more compact trilogy with the same lead & crew and some recurring characters I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.
