The long-awaited reunion of director Mani Ratnam and actor Kamal Haasan—the duo behind what many consider Indian cinema's answer to The Godfather—was nothing short of a cinephile’s dream. Been watching this film, for the whole of a week.
What a film, every little emotion is so vivid and perfectly, it is haunting.
The ending especially really clicked with me. Although, I would probably not watch this film again, I would definitely recommend this film to each cinema lover out there, who would want to, experience art in it's truest.

FINALLY AFTER DAYS, Srijit delivers a good, compact and proper film.

Dev's acting was too, too good, but Rukmini stands out for me, others are terrific too.
The story starts off as a hostage thriller but then takes a big turn in the end, which tackles with the current political and societal scenario of WEST Bengal.

Good music, good set pieces, good twists and turns, A GREAT CLIMAX, well written, well thought.

Hats off to Shijidda for finally, FINALLY, giving something which is filling.
