A Goofy Movie Is One Of Disney’s Biggest Gems And A Film That I’m So Glad Has Become The Generational Classic It Has! “I’m Not Your Little Boy Anymore, Dad! I’ve Grown Up! I’ve Got My Own Life Now!”
“I KNOW THAT! I Just Wanted To Be Part Of It… You’re My Son, Max. No Matter How Big You Get, You”ll Always Be My Son.” A Goofy Movie Is Just Such An Exceptionally Crafted Standout In Disney’s Infinite And Undying Catalog, It’s Such An Truly Lovely And Markedly Charming Film Full Of 90’s Camp, Ingeniously Cartoonish & Classic Humor, Heart, And Meaning A Goofy Movie Is Just One Of Disney’s Most Succinctly Crisp And Substantial Screenplays Ever Written The Relationship And Complexions Between Max And Goofy Is Really The Heart Of The Movie And Why This Movie Has Transcended And Endured Over Time Towards Audiences The Way How It’s Not Only An Nostalgia Classic But A Film That Fundamentally Took The Eccentrically Silly Cartoon Comedic Relief That Is Goofy And Built An More Moving, Winsome, Nuanced Story And Structure For The Character, Kevin Lima Seriously Put His Whole Heart And Expressed Everything He Authentically Had Giving Us An John Hughes-Esque Styled Animated Classic And Conveying Creative Liberties & Viewpoints That Are Still To This Day Unique In Of Disney Movie Standards With His Filmmaking And Imioned Vision, The Animation Is Also Lively Polished And Has A Sense Of Snappy Expressive Style That Is Fluidly Strong And Visually Gratifying, And The Soundtrack Perfectly Captured The Film’s Bright Vibe And Charm As It Augmented The Film’s Tender And Heartfelt Themes With 90’s Pop-Funk Sound And Strains, Bill Farmer Captures The Character’s Comedic Brilliance And Lovable Qualities With His Performance But He Efficaciously Embodies Goofy’s More Nuanced And Parental Characteristic Qualities, James Marsden Also Gives An Sublime Performance As Max He Effectively Portrayed Max’s Wide Range Of Emotions As He Seriously What Made Max The Relatable And Endearing Character He Is, Jim Cummings And Rob Paulson Also Give Alot Of Personality And Charisma To Their Performances As Pete And P.J., And Overall Now 30 Years Later This Is Still One Of The Most Enduring And Heartwarming Films Disney Has Ever Produced, Especially For It’s Time Where It Sits Among The Renaissance Era And Has It’s Own Special Prominence And Charming Character.

Karate Kid: Legends While Fun And Does Offer Some Decent Entertainment In The Theater, Is Still A Very Flawed Film And One I Really Felt Like Needed More Fleshing Out. “He’s The Chinese Peter Parker.”
Karate Kid: Legends Was A Solid Let Down For Me But It Could’ve Been Significantly More Deteriorated, It’s An Pleasingly Enough And Sufficient Story That Smoothly Amalgamates The Two Karate Kid Worlds In A Way That Felt Wonderfully Immersive And Coherent, But Man Is The Film Just Poorly Paced And Deficiently Constructed For It’s Own Good It’s Roughly Fast Pasted And Just Expressively Needed Alot More Time To Breathe And Develop It’s Story Narrative And Characters, The Film’s Main Plot I Also Found To Be Wearying Caricatured And Over-The-Top It Just Felt Underwhelming As It Wasn’t Really What The Film d With Its Marketing While I Had Fun With It There Just Wasn’t Enough To Offer To Make This Story A True Robust Standout In The Franchise And The Film Was Already Getting Pressed For It’s Runtime, The Choreography For The Fights Were Wondrously Choreographed And Are Top-Grade Badass There Is Some Contentious Editing And Style Choices But It’s Still Excellently Done, The Cinematography Also Indubitably Is The Most Visually Striking And Flaringly Stylish Of The Franchise, The Soundtrack Is Really For This TikTok Gen I Didn’t Catch Myself Thinking It Was Immensely Jarring But It Was Just Something So Eccentricity Odd Hearing These Songs Play In A Wide-Released Blockbuster, Jonathan Entwistle’s Directing For The Film Is Terrific He Directs The Film With Such Clear ion And Visionary Intuition, Ben Wang From The Gate Really Sells His Performance He’s So Charismatically Talented And Is A Worthy And irable Lead Even With Co-Starring Aside Two Franchise Legends He Stands His Ground And Showcases Why He’s An Immaculate Choice To Take On The Karate Kid Title, Jackie Chan Is His Usual Legendary Self And Has A Great Dynamic And Demeanor With Ralph Macchio While He’s Severally Underutilized And Just Not The Vital Part Of The Film I Was Hoping He Would Be He Is As Always Puissantly Brilliant, Wyatt Oleff Was Also Uproariously Hilarious And A True Standout For What He Had, And Man Was That Mid-Credits Appearance From William Zabka Just Absolutely Legendary And Made My Whole Theater Go Absolutely Ecstatically Wild It Really Made This One Worth Seeing, And Overall A Really Badass And Fun But Exceedingly Generic Flawed Entry.

I’ve Always Had A Major Detest For The 2010 Karate Kid Remake, As It Fully Lacks The Nuance And Spirit Of The Original. “When Life Knocks Us Down, We Have A Choice Whether Or Not To Get Back Up Again.” Karate Kid (2010) Came Out During That Wave Of Time Where Everything From The 80s Was Getting Dishonorable And Lifelessly Thrown Together Remakes, It’s A Way Less Impacting And Inflated Take On The Original Story The Film Doesn’t Only Poorly ReConstruct Certain Themes Of The Original But It Just Doesn’t Work From A Story Sense As The Characters Are Literal Children And It’s Just Not As Stimulating Or As Forceful There’s Just Too Much Of A Difference Between The Characters Ages For It To Work So The Profundity Of The True Coming-Of-Age Underdog Story Isn’t There, The Choreography Is Flashy And Does Offer Some Fresh And Stirring Sequences It Being Kung Fu And Not Karate Gravely Misrepresented And Disservices “The Karate Kid” Title’s Spiritual Center, Harald Zwart’s Directing Is Also Deficiently Unfavorable And Does A Feeble Job At Capturing The Magic And Artistic Integrity Of The Original, James Horner However Absolutely Cooked On The Score For The Film His Score Pays Homage To Bill Conti’s Timeless Work On The Original But At The Time Adds His Own Distinctive Voice And Substructure To The Score As He Competently Captured The High-Spiritness Of The Film, While Not The Oscar Nominated Performance That Was Pat Morrita As Mr. Miyagi Jackie Chan Still Gives An Sterling Performance And Seriously Carries The Film As Mr. Han He Plays The Character With Such Genuine Comion And Maturity Making It Possibly One Of My Favorite Performances Of His, On The Contrary I Can’t Say The Same Thing About Jaden Smith Who Absolutely Cannot Act For The Life Of Him And Lacks Any Sense Of Range And Emotion With His Performance He Is Just An Agonizing Lead To Watch, And Overall An Infuriating And Offensively Reimagining Of An Uplifting Enduring Classic That Just Exists So That Will Smith Could Exploit His Extremely Untalented Son For A Quick Buck.

The Next Karate Kid While Not Horrendous, Is Still A Downgrade In Quality And Just An Irritating Watch.
"I Wish I Had Courage Like You.” “I Wish I Had Chocolate Bar With Almonds.” This Is Basically Just The Original Karate Kid But Without The Heartwarming Narrative And Relatability That Made It A Renowned Classic, The Film’s Script Is Hollow And Just Banal Every Character In This Movie Except Miyagi Is Written So Wretchedly The Villains Are Dreadful And Julie Is Such An Obnoxiously Unlikable Protagonist From The Moment The Film Begins She Is Just A Brat She Has No Character Development At All And Her Motivations Are Written So Inconsistently What Made Daniel Such An Well Written Character Is He Was Easy To Sympathize With And Root For You Wanted To See Him Overcome His Conflict But With Julie There’s None Of That She’s Written As An Angsty Teen Girl Who Is Struggling With The Loss Of Her Parents But She’s Just A Bitch The Whole Movie And She Doesn’t Grow As A Character Even Remotely Even Mr. Miyagi The Wise And Subtle Mentor Is Out Of Character Half The Time, Alot Of The Plots Are Severally Weak And Deplorably Dense Most Lack Focus Or Are Incoherently Nonsensical, Christopher Cain Also Does An Horrid Job At Directing The Movie Christopher Has An Immense Lack Of Vision With His Directing And His Narrative Flow Is Just Downright Terrible, Now I Like Hillary Swank But Her And 98% Of This Cast Is Woodenly Dreadful, But Pat Morrita Still Gives An Sensational As Mr. Miyagi, And Overall The Next Karate Kid, While Not Particularly Abysmal Is Just Poorly Made And Is The Irrefutable Low Point For This Franchise.

Karate Kid Part 3 Is Easily My Favorite Karate Kid Sequel And It’s The One That Stands Out The Most Unique Of The Films In My Honest Opinion.
"Is Okay Lose To Appointment! Must Not Lose To Fear!”
Karate Kid 3 Takes A Different Shift In Tone And Story Compared To It’s Two Predecessors I Know This Is A Divisive Film To Fans Of The Franchise But I’ve Always Really Dug This Part, I Really Liked How Formulaically Over-The-Top And Magnified Many Sequences In The Film Are It’s Just Got A Badass And Rad Energy To It, But What I Truly Love About Karate Kid 3 Is The Unique Take On Daniel’s Journey Showing How Even A Seemingly Balanced Character Like Daniel Could Struggle With Anger And Fear This Makes The Film’s Story Demonstrate That The Journey To Inner Peace Is Not Always Linear And The Addition Of Terry Silver Who Is Easily The Most Psychopath Villain Of The Trilogy And Is Definitely The Best Written The Way He Exploits And Manipulates Daniel Adds An Unchecked Ambition To The Film And Mikes Barnes Is A Well Written Commination For Daniel, John Avildsen’s Directing Here Gives Karate Kid 3 A Proper Innovating Look And Fresh Feel With This One Especially Bringing Out The Best Of The Actors And His Knack For Creating Strong Dramatic Moments And Building Human Spirit Is Still On Full Display, Bill Conti's Score Here Is More Maturely Dignified And More Orchestrated Than The Previous 2 There’s A More Classical Approach To The Score Making The Themes Of The Film More Shining And Fierce It’s A Badass Score That Fused With This Film’s Story Excellently, Ralph Macchio And Pat Morita Yet Again Deliver Believable And Compellingly Subtle Performances As Daniel And Miyagi, Thomas Ian Griffith Gives An Outstanding Performance As Terry Silver Plays The Character With Such Theatrical Flair And Over-The-Top Villainy But Also Adds Layers Of Complexity To The Character Portraying Silver As A Manipulative Sociopath Who Is Just Not Just Evil For The Sake Of It But With A Clear Sense Of Purpose And Ambition, And Sean Kanan Is Great As Mike Barnes, And Overall A Truly Badass Trilogy Ender, This Could Be Because I Love How Truly Different This One Is Compared To The Rest Of The Franchise But The Depth Of This Film Is Spectacular.

Karate Kid Part II While Not On The Same Level Of Inspirational And Wholeheartedness Of Quality Storytelling As It’s Predecessor, Is Still A Worthy Follow Up And Entertaining Installment In The Karate Kid Franchise. "Never Put ion Before Principle, Even If You Win. You Lose.”
Karate Kid Part II May Not Be The Masterwork Of An Underdog Story Like The First One Was It’s Writing Still Was Pretty Consistent With The First’s, While Part II’s Plot Isn’t As Strong The Exploration Of Miyagi’s History And The Okinawa Setting Makes For An Adequate And Interesting Story Route And Helps Add Some More Profundity/Depth To Miyagi, I Also Found There To Be Some Nicety And Worthy Messaging About Mercy And Forgiveness But Man Is The Pacing Of The Story Itself Such A Drag At Times And The Film Does Go A Little Overboard With Cliche-Revenge Subplots Which Brings The Film Slightly Down For Me And Makes It Without Doubt The Weakest Of The Karate Kid Trilogy, John G. Avildsen Does An Fantastic Job At Directing The Movie And Recapturing What Made His Work With The First So Feel-Good And Quintessentially Humanly Earnest, Bill Conti Again Expertly Knocks It Out Of The Ball Park With His Score And Harmoniously Builds Upon His Work With The First Manifestly With Japanese Motifs That Reflect And Coincide With The Film’s Okinawa Setting Perfectly, Ralph Macchio And Pat Morrita Maintain That Natural And Absorbingly Strong On-Screen Dynamic With Their Performances And Still Is An Vital Essence To The Film, Yuji Okumoto's Performance As Chozen Goes Absolutely Hard And Is A Amazing Standout In The Film He Just Absolutely Nailed At Personifying Chozen’s Internally Minacious And Physically Imposing Nature With His Portrayal, And Overall A Entertaining Follow-up That Isn’t Perfect, But One In Some Ways Doesn’t Repeat The Exact Same Formula Of Its Predecessor And Instead Challenges Some Aspects Of It And Adds Some Mythos To The Karate Kid Lore.

An Absolute Classic…, One Could Say Karate Kid Is Just Timelessly Renowned And Impetus. "You Trust The Quality Of What You Know, Not Quantity."
The Original Karate Kid Is One Of The Most Classically Inspirational And Greatest Films To Ever Come Out Of The 80s, It’s A Film I Always Go Back To I Saw This When I Was About 6 And Just Absolutely Was Enamored With The Film’s Intuitional And Wholehearted Way Of Storytelling, It Left An Keen Impression On Me And Just Made Me A Lifelong Fan Of The Franchise While I Don’t Rewatch It Habitually As Much As I Did When I Was Younger And It’s Been About 4 Years Since I Last Watched It I’ve Never Forgotten How Much I Cherished The Karate Kid, Karate Kid Is Just The Quintessential And Impeccable Classic Underdog And Coming-Of-Age Story It’s Written In Such An Heartwarming And Figuratively Relatable Way, Sure At Times The Film Can Be A Little Over The Top And Formulaic But They Truly Do An Exceptional Job At Capturing The Teacher And Student Bond It’s A Classic Narrative Of A Father In Need Of A Son And A Son In Need Of A Father, They Truly Make You Care And Sympathize With Daniel And His Conflict He Faces With Johnny Throughout The Film Does An Excellent Job At Showcasing His Personal Development As Well He’s Such An Compelling And Motivating Protagonist To Watch And Definitely One Of The Best One’s Around, But Mr. Miyagi Is The Tranquil Heart Of The Movie His Wisdom And Persevering Guidance Is Not Only An Crucial Part To What Makes Daniel As A Character Work And Succeed But He Is The Tying Balance Of The Whole Story, I Also Love How Johnny Isn’t A True Villain Sure He’s A Dick To Daniel But In His Eyes He Sees Daniel As Someone That Stole His Girlfriend And Gives Us A Different Perspective On The Story Ofcourse Cobra Kai Later Explores That Notion Even More And As Myagi Says In The Film “No Such Thing As Bas Student, Only A Bad Teacher”, But At The End Of The Day Karate Kid Is A Story That Promotes The Importance Of Discipline, Finding Inner Strength, And Balance It Will Truly Make You By The End Feel Inspired And Stimulated It Is Just A Perfect Formula Of A Movie, John G. Avildsen Skillfully Directs The Human Relationships And Pressures Within The Film’s Story His Work Here Is Truly So Gripping And Impacting He Supremely ionately Crafted The Triumph Human Spirit And Feel-Goodness Of Karate Kid, Bill Cont’s Distinctive Score Is Also Just Phenomenal He Effectively Implements Eastern Instrumentation And Style To His Virtuoso Orchestra And It Evokes And Mirrors The Film’s Themes Perfectly And The Soundtrack Itself Is Just Spiritedly Iconic, Ralph Macchio Does An Outstanding Job At Conveying And Selling The Character Of Daniel With His Performance He Just Efficiently Embodied Daniel’s Frustration, Vulnerably, Growth, And Ultimately His Self-Discovery And Perseverance But Not Only That Gave Appealing Death To The Character With His Acting Portrayal And Skill, Pat Morita Also Gives An Everlastingly Unparalleled And Just Preeminent Performance As Mr. Miyagi The Way He Restrainedly And Nuancedly Portrays Miyagi’s Subtlety, Wisdom, And Guidance Figure With His Acting And Infuses Dry Wit, Humor, And Heart With His Performance Is Just Astounding To Watch And His Chemistry With Ralph Macchio As Daniel Is Just Strikingly Off The Charts And Out Of This World They Play Each Other So Naturally And Organically As There’s Just A Level Of Love And Authenticity With Them As Their Characters And It’s Beyond Stellar, William Zabka Is Also Just Splendid As Johnny For What Originally Seemed Like A Small Part Is Wonderfully Acted By Zabka He Brought An Absolute Swaggeringly Magnetic And Intimidating Quality To His Performance As Johnny And Made Him Charismatically Memorable, And Martin Kove’s Chilling Performance As Kreese Truly Set The Standard While His Screentime Was Brief He Still Played Kreese’s Villainous But Yet Charismatic Ruthlessness Aptly, And Overall The Karate Kid Is Just Unmatched, Not Only One Of If Not The Best Underdog Stories Ever Contrived And Will Be One That Will Transcend Generations.

Just Recently Bought The Regular Show DVD Boxset That Warner Bros Released, As Regular Show Is Still To This Day One Of My Favorite Shows OAT And It’s Been Years Since I’ve Seen The Movie So I Figured To Pop It In And See If It Still Holds Up. “Maybe Things Would Have Been Different But I Take Work At A Lame Job At A Park With My Best Friend, Any Day.” Regular Show The: Movie Is Pretty Much An Extended Episode Of The Show And It Honestly Works, The Eccentric And Humorously Quaint And Fantasy Overtones Of The Show That Made Regular Show So Substantially Enchanting To Watch Are Still On Just Full Display Sure The Stakes Are Higher Than Your Average Episode Of The Show With The Entirety Of Time And Space Of The Regular Show Universe Being On The Line, But The Time Travel Element And Heart Of The Movie Is What Made It So Centrally Compelling And An Worthy Regular Show Film, Taking Very Evidently Clear Inspirations From Bill & Ted And Classic John Hughes Works Which Just Fit The Brand Of A Regular Show Film Perfectly, But What Makes The Heart Of Regular Show: The Movie Evident Is How The Center Of The Film Is The Emotional Exploration And Mending Of Mordecai And Rigby’s Friendship Even With The Quaintness And Surrealism Of The Film’s Plot Regular Show The Movie Ultimately At The End Of The Day Is An Story About The Importance Of Friendship And The Power Of Forgiveness, The Animation Has An Higher Budget And Still Has The Sharply Drawn, Basic, And Unconventionally Vibrant Style That The Show Had, J.G. Quintel As Mordecai, William Salyers As Rigby, Sam Marin As Benson, Pops, Muscleman, And Mark Hamill As Skips All Carry Over Their Unique Charm And Strong Comedic Energy From The Show With Their Performances, And Overall Regular Show: The Movie Is Basically The Embodiment Of What Made The Show Notably Standout And A Great Chapter In The Childhood Gem Of A Series That Is Regular Show.

Sinners Is Just Blood Thirstily Excellent.
“I Want Your Music. I Want Your Stories.“ I Know I’m Way Late On The Hype Train On Sinners Literally Because I Waited Until The Last Day It Was Playing In My Theater And I Ofcourse Saw It With My Boi Isaiah, Ryan Coogler Just Went Entirely All The Way Out And Gave Us As An Audience The Most Outstanding And Ultimately Exhilarating Blockbuster Experience, It’s Beyond Undoubtable That Coogler’s Ambition And Creative Vision Is Massively On Full Display With Sinners As This Is Probably The Most Diversely Conveying And Fresh His Directing Has Ever Been As A Filmmaker And As A Storyteller, It’s Writing Is Transcendently Strong As Sinners Knows What It’s Trying To Be It’s A Film That’s Soulfully Twisted And Just At Times Straight Up Savage, Delivers A Period Vampire Horror Film That Layers And Amalgamates Crime Drama, Raw Horror, Music, And Racial Undertones But Not Ever In A Way That Feels Overdone Or Moralistic But Instead Injects Itself Into The Story’s Keen DNA, The Dialogue And Interactions Between The Characters Are So Also Grappling To Watch, And Man Is The Third Act Is Also When The Film Especially Locks Tf In And Becomes One Of The Greatest Climaxes In Recent Film History From The Intense Buildup And Execution Of Stack Becoming A Vampire To It Full On Turning Into An Wildly Entertaining Rollercoaster And Just An Intense Action-Packed Gnarly Bloodbath Of A Final Act, The Action Was Also Surprisingly Matchlessly Detailed, Graphic, And Just Violently Badass, Ludwig Göransson's Score Is Also Just An Masterpiece In Itself His Musical Ability To Make The Score Feel Like An Character Within The Film Just Helped Enhance And Pivot The Film’s Overall Quality Especially As The Score Seamlessly Integrated Both The Film’s Narrative And Haunting Atmospheric Landscape I Truly Mean It When I Say Ludwig Deserves Atleast A Nom For His Score He Artfully Orchestrated, The Cinematography Is Also Just Stunning As It’s Covered In Detail And Was Breathtakingly Shot On 70 MM Film, Michael B. Jordan Phenomenally Acts His Dual-Roles As Smock And Stack He Brilliantly Illustrates The Brotherly Nature, Tension, And Vulnerability Between The Two And Does An Excellent Job At Making Them Feel Like 2 Separate Characters This Potentially May Just Be His Best Performance, And Hailee Steinfeld Gives An Proficient Performance As Her Most Complex Role Yet, The Only Thing That Really Makes Me Hesitant Of Giving It A Full 5 Star Rating Is I Personally Think It Can Drag An Solid Amount In The Beginning But It Does Pick Itself Up For Me As It Goes Further Along But Overall Sinners Is Just An Unforgettably Mesmerizing Slice Of Cinema, It’s A Film That Appeals To Wide Range Of Film Goers And Will Leave You Completely Dumbstruck After Watching, I Really Hope The Future Of High-Budget IP Filmmaking Is As Imaginatively Original And Has The True Swaggeringly Weight Like Sinners Does.

Like Stitch The Movie!, Leroy And Stitch Is A Film That Connected To The Lilo And Stitch Show But Instead Of It Being A Full Length Pilot It’s One Big Finale That Wrapped Up The Series In A Satisfying Way.
“I Shall Name You… LEEEROYYY!” Leroy And Stitch Is A Film That I Find Really Engagingly Diverting And Serves As An Sublime Endgame-esque Finale To The Series, Although At Times The Film Can Feel Disappointingly Underwhelming Due To It’s Really Fast Pacing Making Things Go By Too Quickly And Brevity Leads To Plot Points And Majorly Noteworthy Character Moments Feeling Slightly Rushed, Out All The Straight To Video Stitch Sequels This Is Undoubtedly The One That Aged The Weakest For Me As It’s Not As Great As Stitch Has A Glitch But I Think It’s On Par With Stitch The Movie, There Is Still Some Heart To It’s Writing Seeing Lilo Separate From Stitch, Pleakley, And Jumba Throughout The Film Can Be Upsetting To Watch, And At The End Of The Day The Characters Still Have Their Infectious Personalities Making Them As Congenital To Watch As Ever, The Humor Is Hilariously Witty And Has A Level Of Cleverness To Each Joke, Leroy Is Also A Pretty Worthy Threat/Antagonist To End The Series On Even Though He’s Basically Just Evil Stitch From The First Film Just With Red Paint, And The Animation Is Still Lively Vibrant And Colorful, Roberts Gannaway And Tony Craig Really Gave It Their All With Their Directing For This Finale They Take Inspiration From Classic Sci-Fi Media And Add Touches Of Classic Looney Tunes Into Their Directing For The Film Giving Us A Nice Balance Of Otherworldly Cartoonyness And Visual Narrative, This Also The Last Time We’ve Seen The Whole Original Cast Voice These Characters Fully Togethers And The Performances From The Classic Cast Are Also Articulately Shining As Ever, From The Irreplaceable Chris Sanders As Stitch, To The Wonderfully Iconic And Crucial Daveigh Chase As Lilo, To The Uproariously Comical Rob Paulsen As Cousin Reuben, To The Comedic Geniuses That Are Kevin McDonald And David Ogden Stiers As Pleakley And Jumba, Everybody Truly Brings Their Peak Level Of Greatness To Their Voice Performances Going Out As Their Respected Characters With An Complete Bang, And Overall Leroy And Stitch While Not An Outstanding Piece Of Media, Still Is A Fitting Enough Ending To The Lilo And Stitch Series That I Grew Up With.

“I Don’t Want A Sandwich!”
“You Sure!? Last Of The Bologna.”
“I DONT LIKE BOLOGNA. Too Fatty..” While Stitch The Movie As A Film Is Not A Perfect Follow-up To Lilo And Stitch, It’s Still An Enjoyable Watch And Does An Seamlessly Magnificent Job At Expanding The Universe And Introducing The Broader Concept/Storyline Of The Show Which Is Laying The Groundwork For The Other Experiments And Their Personalities, Sure It’s Got It’s Cheesy Elements And The Story Isn’t Necessarily Radiaant But Stitch The Movie Still Is An All-Throughout Fun Adventure In This Universe And It Pleasingly Showcases The Classic And Dual Sources Of The Humor That The Show Would Eventually Have, The Animation Sharply Brought Out The Painterly Watercolor And Aesthetically Vivid Look Of The Original Film But Also Built An Winsome And Vibrantly Cartoony Style That The Show Would Structure It’s Animation On, And Roberts Gannaway And Tony Craig Also Do A Solid Job At Co-Directing The Film While Not As Artistically And Visually Masterful Like Chris Sanders’s Work With The First Film They Effectively Established The Film’s Charmingly Lighthearted And Endearingly Cartoony Style With Their Directing, The Original Cast Is Still Here As You Still Got Chris Sanders As Stitch, Daveigh Chase As Lilo, Tia Carrera As Nani, David Ogden Stiers As Jumba, Kevin McDonald As Pleakley, And Even Ving Rhames As Cobra Bubbles They Still Give The Lovable And Enchantingly Charismatic Performances That Made Them Emblematically Iconic, And Ofcourse We Get The Introduction Of Probably The Most Resonating And Likably Uproarious Character Of The Franchise Rob Paulsen As Cousin Reuben What Made The Character Of Reuben So Great Is How Memorably Laid-Back And Funny Reuben Is And Paulsen’s Humorous Delivery Of Lines And Excelling The Characters Voice With An Almost Sarcastic And Lazy Manner Perfectly Captured The Character’s Comedy Timing Reuben Is Just An Absolute GOAT Character Of This Franchise, And Overall An Easily irable And Entertaining Project That Came From The Early Day’s Of Lilo And Stitch, This All Could Be The Nostalgia Talking But I Still Find So Much Charming Enjoyment From This Pilot.

That Doesn’t Mean They Aren’t Good.” There Is Very Few Of These Disney Live Action Remakes That Capture The Core Of The Original Very Remotely And Slightly Justifies It’s Existence Like The New Lilo And Stitch Does, For Starters They Perfectly Captured Stitch’s Design And Successfully Translated His Essence Into Live Action Same Goes For Jumba, Pleakley, And The Rest Of The Alien’s The Visual Design And Effects Are Just Gorgeously Done From The Vastly Level Of Detail And Expressive Movement Of The Characters It Truly Felt Like The Animated Film Fluidly Came To Life Onscreen And Wasn’t An CGI Disaster Like Mufassa Or Aladdin (2019) For Example, Dean Fleischer Camp Also Does An Superlative Job At Upholding That The Heart And Meaning Of The Original Is Still Present You Can Tell He’s Putting So Much ion And His Soul Into His Directing Here Even With All The Limitations He Faced He Still Gave It His All And Did An Splendid Job Honoring Chris Sanders’s Work With The Original, But The One Thing That Severally Brought This Film Down For Me Was It’s Writing Was Severely Messy I Really Tried Going Into This Knowing And Just Accepting That It Was Going To Be Different But The Changes Really Left Me Underwhelmed Which I Know It Should Be A Good Thing That They Tried Something New And Didn’t Completely Just Do The Original All Over Again But The Way They Change Major Key Moments Of The Original Replacing Them With Scenes That Are Very Disposable And Just Awkward To Watch, The Extension Of Unnecessary New Characters, And Just The Complete Character Assassination Of Jumba Really Makes The Film Drop Severe Momentum For Me, And Alot Of The Humor Felt Very Overused And Cringy Unlike The Original’s Humor While It Was Still Witty And Slapstick It Was Enhanced And Elevated By It’s Quirky Visual Humor Which Is Something This Film Was Especially Lacking In The Comedy Department, Maia Kealoha And Sydney Agudong Are Both Enjoyable To Watch And Both Have Triumph Chemistry With One Another They Portray Lilo’s And Nani’s Sisterly Bond In A Way That Felt Sincere And Heartfelt And Captured The Depth And Spirit Of Their Animated Counterparts Excellently, It Was Also Just A Joy Hearing Chris Sanders Voicing Stitch Again Chris Being Back Really Ensured The Characters Authenticity And Nuance Was Still There, Billy Magnussen Was Also Brilliantly Uproarious Casting As Pleakley, Zach Galifianakis Was Woefully Miscasted As Jumba Not Only Was His Writing Awful But I Genuinely Could Not Seen Him As Jumba Unlike Billy Magnussen As Pleakley When Zach Was First Announced I Thought He Was A Solid Choice As He Has Experience With Comedic Outcasts But He Terribly Portrays And Lacks The Comedic Brilliance And Versatility That David Ogden Stiers Brought Jumba So Immaculately To Life, And Overall I Didn’t Love The Film But It Wasn’t Majorly Offensive Or Horrendously Terrible I Still Found Some Enjoyment Out Of It, But Yet Again The Film Will Never Get Close To Holding A Candle Or Will Stand The Test Of Time Like The Original From 22 Years Ago Will.

Lilo And Stitch 2: Stitch Has A Glitch While Is One Of Those Straight To DVD Disney Sequels Is Still A Fun Adventure With Stitch And His Family.
“You're My Ohana, Stitch.” Lilo And Stitch 2’s Story May Lack The Magic Key That The Original Had Which Was It’s Heavy Heart And Nuance To It’s Storytelling, And Instead Goes For A Lighter And More Easygoing Story With The Characters While It’s Less Poignant Than It’s Predecessor I Still Really Love These Characters And It Does A Solid Job Faithfully Following Up The Original As There’s Some Great Concepts With Lilo Trying To Honor Her Deceased Mother By Entering An Hula Competition And Stitch’s Inner-Circuits Starting To Get Out Of Control Making Him Glitch In The Process And Stirring Up Conflict Between Lilo And Stitch, One Thing The Film Does Astoundingly Is Reinforcing What Ohana Truly Means And How At The End Of The Day No Matter The Conflict Family And Love Can Overcome The Most Significant Challenges, The Directing From Tony Leondis And Michael LaBesh Doesn’t Even Gets Near To Chris Sanders’s Visual Artistically Work And What He Done For The First They Still Do An ably Decent Job At Directing The Movie, The Animation Is Also An Slight Step Down Its Less Detailed And Radiant But The 2D Animation From DisneyToon Studios Still Maintains A Decent Level Of Animation Quality And Is Still Colorful And Smoothly Vibrant To Watch, Dakota Fanning (Yes That Dakota Fanning) For The Most Part Does A Decent Job At Voicing Lilo While She Isn’t Perfect For The Role And At Times Her Voice Makes Lilo Feel Out Of Character But It’s Just Because Daveigh Chase’s Original Performance Was Such An Endearingly And Quality Part That Made Lilo’s Character So Resonating, Chris Sanders Once Again Gives An Terrific Performance As Stitch And Arguably His Most Strongest Performance As The Character He Successfully Conveys Stitch’s Emotional Range For The Story And Stitch’s Strong Bond/Connection To Lilo Through His Mannerisms And Distinctive Communication Style, Tia Carrere, Jason Scott Lee, Kevin McDonald, And David Ogden Stiers Are All Still Wonderful In Reprising Their Roles As Well And Still Carryover The Same Energies From Their Performances In The First Over, And Overall One Of The Better Straight To DVD Disney Sequels, Even If It Doesn’t Slightly Come As Close To The Quality Of The Original.

Lilo And Stitch Is The True Definition Of An “Animated Classic”!
“Ohana Means Family, And Family Means Nobody Gets Left Behind Or Forgotten.” Chris Sanders Really Made An Timeless Classic With Lilo And Stitch, This Is Not Only One Of The Greatest And Most Endearingly Touching Films Disney Has Ever Made But A Film That’s Always Given Me Joy And Solace I’ve Loved It As A Kid And I Cherish Even More Now Knowing How Much Heart And Nuance Is Behind The Film’s Storytelling, For Example Every Time I Revisit There’s A Level Of Magic Behind It’s Writing That Resonates With Me More As Lilo And Stitch Is A Story About An Outcasted Alien Coming To Earth And Finding An Broken Family, Whom By The End Teaches Him And Helps Finding His Sense Of Humanity From Stitch Is Truly An Perfect Example Of An Animated Protagonist, Lilo And Stitch Is A Story That Perfectly Showcases Themes Of Cultural Identity, Grief, Belonging, Acceptance, And The True Meaning Of Family But The Core And Central Meaning Of The Film Emphasizes That Family Extends Beyond Blood Ties And Includes Everyone You At The End Of The Day Care Deeply About, Chris Sanders Is A Master Storyteller In The Animation Industry And Lilo And Stitch Really Showcased His Consistent Strength In Character-Driven Storytelling, Visual Artistically, And Him As An Animation Filmmaker, Primarily Due To The Fact That His Artistic Vision Is So Powerful And Unique That It Translated Perfectly Into Lilo And Stitch His Strong Influence Is Evident In The Film’s Distinctively And Inventive Style, Which Directly Reflected His Own Drawings And Virtuoso Input, He Also Just Brought An Complete And Well Built Understanding Of Character Especially With Stitch And The Other Aliens To The Film, The Animation Also Sticks Out Compared To The Rest Of Disney’s Catalog The Traditional 2D Animation Is Just Striking And Radiant To Watch It’s So Colorful And Vivid The Watercolor Backgrounds Especially And The Soft Animation Of The Waves Were Especially Stunning, Alan Silvestri’s Beguiling Score And The Soundtrack For The Film Is Really Perfect Each Song Is Just Unforgettable And Does An Marvelous Job At Help Bringing Both Humor And Heart Into Each Scene Seriously I Think This Is The Movie Why I Loved Elvis Growing Up, The Voice Acting From The Cast Also Perfectly Added To The Film’s Immense Quality, Chris Sanders Voices Stitch With Such Great Energy And Credibility He Brought The Character To Life So Perfectly And I Cannot Imagine A World Where He Didn’t Voice Him He’s Among One Of The Greatest Animated Castings Ever, Daveigh Chase Also Wonderfully Brought Lilo’s Quirkiness And Comion To Life With Her Vocal Mannerisms For Her Being Such An Young Age She Really Did A Phenomenal Job With Her Voice Acting And Her Performance Arguably Helped Define Lilo As A Character And Resonated Her With Audiences 23 Years Later, Vanessa L. Williams Also Beautifully Embodied Nani’s Maternal Nature And Heart With Her Performance, David Ogden Stiers And Kevin McDonald‘s Performances As Jumba And Pleakley Added Layers Of Comedic Brilliance And Versatility To The Film, Jason Scott Lee’s Calm And Understanding Demeanor He Brought With His Performance Fitted David Like A Glove, Ving Rhames Also Brought To Life Agent Bubbles’s Essence And Stature Perfectly, And Overall Lilo And Stitch Is A True Gem In Disney’s Extensive And Iconic Library Of Films.

This review may contain spoilers.

The Mission Was In The End Possible…, Absolutely Just A Flooring And Honorably Perfect Conclusion To The Franchise. “Everything You Were. Everything You’ve Done, Has Come To This.” Christopher McQuarrie Proves Once Again That He’s An Absolute Mastermind At Crafting And Visualizing Unforgettable Action Spectacles I Mean This Sincerely When I Say Nobody Does It Better Than Chris, Final Reckoning Is A Film That Is Instinctive And Spontaneously Written Just An Perfectly Riveting, Emotional, And Fervent Farewell To The Series As The Stakes Are Brazenly High As We See Ethan And The Crew Basically Run Into The Face Of Death And Are Constantly Trying To Proceed Through Some Life-Threatening Obstacle You Can Constantly Feel The Threat Throughout The Film’s Entirety And If You’re A Fan Of The Franchise There’s Alot That Connects To Previous Missions And Man Do The Emotional Beats Hit Hard And Are Just Pounding To Watch Luther’s Death Chiefly Just Broke Me The Heartbreaking Execution And Stirring Layout Of The Scene Really Left Me Shattered While Watching I Really Loved How Luther Was Basically The Heart Behind The Film’s Storyline, The Stunts Are Somehow More Substantial And Exhilaratingly Sweat Inducing Than Ever Each Sequence Is More Gripping And Breathtaking Than The Last And Man Did Tom Really Wanted To Go Out With Some Bangers Because The Underwater Scene And Helicopter Climax Is Among Some Of The Most Creative And Insane Of The Franchise, Tom Once Again Sticks The Landing With His Performance As Ethan And Man What A Hell Of A Final Swan Song For This Iconic And Legendary Emblematic Character Of His, Ving Rhames Acts His Ass Off And Gives One Of The Most Heartfelt And Persuasive Performances That I’ve Ever Seen, Simon Pegg Still Is The Most Sprightly Of The Cast As Benji But He Surprisingly Gives An Glimpse Of His Emotional Range Throughout The Film And Shows Us An Eccentric Side Of Benji That We’ve Never Seen Before, And Hayley Atwell And Pom Klementieff Are Still Fabulous Additions To The MI Cast Honestly Couldn’t Get Enough Of Them Especially Pom She Just Kills It With Her Performance, And Overall The Perfect Sendoff To One Of The Most Highly Regarded And Greatest Action Franchises Ever Conceived, This Is An Experience That Was Truly Made To See On The Big Screen.

Dead Reckoning Is Not Only The Perfect Set Up For One Of The Greatest Conclusions In Cinema History But Easily Is Hands Down My Favorite Outing In The Whole Franchise. “His Fate Is Written. Shall We Write Yours Too?” “If Anything Happens To Them, There's No Place That I Won't Go To Kill You. That Is Written.” Christopher McQuarrie Really Made A Part 1 That Stands On It’s Own And Still 2 Years Later On Rewatch I Was Still As Glued And Gripped To The Film As I Was When I Saw It On The Big Screen, From Start To Finish The Film Truly Cements You Into The Story As The Stakes Are So High Making Each Scene So Comprehensively Detailed And More Important Than The Last It’s A Film That Requires Your Utmost Attention Taking The Story To The Roots Of The Franchise As The Characters Endure More Dangerous Outcomes Than In Fallout And It Brings Back The Old-School Spy Paranoia Vibes That The Franchise Built Itself On, The Final Act Is Also Byfar The Most Stirring And Ardently Apprehensive Of The Series To Watch It Concludes The Film In A Way That Leaves You Wondering What’s Going To Happen But Also Feels Complete While Not Completely Resolving The Storyline, The Stunts Here Are Just Unbelievably Intoxicating To Watch In Action The Motorcycle Jump From The Cliff Stunt Is Somehow The Most Extreme And Craziest Stunt Of The Franchise, But Man Is Tom Cruise’s Performance As Ethan Here May Just Be My Favorite Of His He Puts In So Much Dedication And Effort Into Making His Run At Ethan In This One His Most Impactful Treating All Of His Stunts Likes It’s His Last And Giving It His Absolute All, Hayley Atwell Is An Perfect Addition To The Franchise As Grace She Gives Just An Sensational Performance And Her Dynamic With Tom Cruise Was Playful And Appealing In A Way That Complimented Both Her And Tom’s Performances Making It Just An Showstopper To Watch Them In Action, Vanessa Kirby Gives An Enchanting Performance As Well And Pom Klementieoff Just Gave An Powerfully Knockout Performance And Was A Standout For Me, Simon Pegg And Ving Rhames Are Wonderful As Always As Benji And Luther, And Esai Morales Was Just Spectacular As Gabriel And Was The Franchise’s Most Unique Villain Hoffman Is Still Supreme When It Comes To That Conversation, And Overall While In Some Ways It May Not Be The Franchise’s Best, I Still Find It To Be The Most Exhilarating To Watch And Just The Perfect Setup To Start Wrapping Off This Action-Packed 8 Film Saga.

Mission Impossible: Fallout Is Not Only An Immaculate Mission Impossible Film But Outright One Of The Greatest Action Films Ever Made!
“What's Done Is Done When We Say It's Done.” Christopher McQuarrie’s Whole “Rhythm Over Flair” Style Of Direction For Fallout Is Phenomenal Him And Cruise Are A True Dynamic Combo And Seeing How They Somehow Make The Process Of Direction In These Films Even More Heart-Pounding To Watch Is Augmently Meritorious, The Writing For Fallout Also May Just Be The Best To Have Ever Come Out Of The Saga It’s Written As Personal As 3 But Executed As Brilliantly As Ghost Protocol And Rogue Nation, One Thing I Also Liked About The Film Is How The Characters Endure Real Consequences And Especially Ethan Who Actually At Times Fails And Has To Climb His Way Back Up, The Action In Fallout Is By Far The Most Unpredictable As Each Sequence Pushes More Limits And Is More Grand Than The Last Making The Stunts Truly Conspicuous To Watch Especially The Helicopter Stuff In The Final Act Which Is By The Far The Most Unease And Anxious I’ve Been While Watching An MI Stunt Which Is Why It’s Probably My Favorite, The Film Really Truly And Expertly Balances High-Stakes Action With Thought-Provoking Themes, Making Fallout A True Standout In The Franchise It’s Thrilling, Tensed, And Just Utterly Bombastic To Watch, The Score From Lorne Balfe Is Also Just Intensely Chilling And Coincided With The Film’s Unease Elegant Pace Perfectly, Tom Cruise Shows Us A Part Of Ethan With His Performance We’ve Never Seen Before He Really Challenges Himself And That’s Why I Think This Is Tom Near His Righteous Best, Henry Cavill Is Also An Ideal Addition To The Franchise As He’s Both An Badass And An Extremely Talented Performer From His Skilled Movement To His Subtly Complexed Portrayal Of A Gyrating Villain Him As August Walker Is Easily One Of My Favorite Performances To Have Ever Spawned Out Of The Franchise, And Alec Baldwin, Ving Rhames, And Simon Pegg Continue To Be Such An Outstanding Side Cast Especially Alec Who Once Again Perfectly Conveys And Duals His Performance With His Acting Peers, And Overall An Outstanding And Matchless Experience Of The Action Genre That Truly Made That Mustache Monstrosity In Josstice League (2017) Worth Enduring In The End.

Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation, While The Weakest Out Of The 4 Newer Entries Is Still An Exceedingly Enjoyable Watch. “Let Me Guess. Presumed Dead?” “Well Tonight, I Just Made It Official.” Rogue Nation Might Not Be The Biggest MI Film In Of Grandness Or Scale Still Has An Rapidly Enticing, Adrenaline Filled, Daring Espionage Story That Is Truly Exceptionally Executed, From The Opera Scene, To Underwater Stunt And Motorcycle Chase Sequence This Easily Has Some Of The Best Stakes And Direction Of The Franchise, The Choreography Of The Action Was Ravishing To Watch And Christopher McQuarrie’s Directing For Rogue Nation Showcases On Full Display How He Brings His Collaborative And Character Driven Creative Vision But Still At The End Of The Day Remains True To The Franchise’s Adventurous/Espionage Spirit And Emphasizes Highly On Delivering An Well-Crafted Impactful Visual Experience Which Is Why He’s The Master At Helming This Franchise Making Him And Cruise The True Master Combo, Tom As Always Gives An Incredible Performance As Ethan And His Scenes With Simon Pegg As Benji Are Just So Fun To Watch I Love How Simon Is Basically A Secondary Heroic Character Here Not Just Because Of His Energetic Personality But His Ability To Match Cruise’s Screen Presence While Being Enthusiastically Animated With His Acting, Ving Rhames And Jeremy Renner Also Create A Responsively Terrific Dynamic With There Performances Throughout The Course Of The Film, And Alec Baldwin Was Also An Solid Addition To The Film And He Contrasts From Tom And The Cast Quite Incredibly With His Performance, And Solomon Lane Was Also A Better Character Than I ed Easily The Best Villain Since Hoffman’s Davian In 3 And An Absolutely Ruthlessly Menacing Villain I Really Like How Master Manipulative They Made Him And How Much Of A Personal Threat He Was To Ethan And How Exploitive He Was To Ethan’s Distinctive Vulnerabilities, And Overall Not The Most Electrifyingly Engrossing Film The Franchise Has Made, Is Still An Fantastic Mission Impossible Film That Sets Up Fallout Quite Nicely.

Mission Impossible 3 Not Only An Great Entry In The Series That Wraps Up The Original Trilogy Nicely, But This Is The One Where The Franchise Truly Found Its Footing And Set The Series On Course To What It Is Today! “I'm Part Of An Agency Called The IMF.” “What’s That Stand For?” “Impossible Mission Force.” JJ Abrams Gives Us An Absolute Heck Of A Directorial’s Debut He Poured His Absolute Heart Out Into His Directing Here And It Perfectly Pays Off, As His Filmmaking Is Enchantingly Layered And He’s The First Director That Really Prioritized The Stakes And Emotion Core To Who Ethan Hunt Is As A Character Abrams As Well Really Founded And Made Inventive Ways To Make Each Mission Feel More Challenging Than The Last He Really Reinvigorated The Franchise With So Much ion And Creative Notion Setting It On The Path Of What We Would As Some Of The Most Redefining And Engrossing Film Series In Action History, The Story Is Written Quite Well And From The Killer Opening It’s Just Clear This Is Really When Mission Impossible Really Found An Nice Balancing Tone It’s Dark But At The Same Time Is Adventurous And Perfectly Intense The Mission It Takes Us On Is Really Worth Telling As There’s Also Some Amazing Character Moments Especially For Ethan, The Action Is Once Again Excellently Crafted And Engaging The Stunts For This One Are Also Epically Rad To Watch, Tom Cruise Gives His Best And Most Fierce Performance As Ethan (At This Point Anyway) Seeing Him Formidably Play Off And Go Toe-To-Toe With Hoffman Is Truly So Awe-Inspiring To Watch, Speaking Of Hoffman Philip Seymour Hoffman As Davion Is Hands Down The Best Villain To Have Ever Come Out Of This Franchise Hoffman Is Absolutely Unbelievable In This Role He’s So Convincingly Menacing You Can Feel The Chilling And Raw Tensity Go Up In Each Scene He’s In It’s So Phenomenal That It’s Probably My Favorite Performance In The Entire Franchise, Ving Rhames Gives Another Terrific Performance As Luther And We Ofcourse Get The Wonderful Introduction To Simon Pegg As Benji In This One While Not His Best Performance Simon Does Give An Fantastic Performance In 3, Laurence Fishburne Was Also Another Brilliant Addition To The Film While He Doesn’t Do A Whole Lot He Still Is Magnificent And His Line-Delivery Here Is Just Effective There’s So Much Authority/Wit To Each One That It Truly Makes Him A Blast To Watch, And Overall Considering This Came Out In 2006 Mission Impossible 3 Is Not Only Still One Of The Most Coolest And Captivatingly Memorable Action Film Experiences Ever But Basically The Film That Truly Pioneered Mission Impossible As We Know It Today.

Mission Impossible 2 Is A Film That At The End Of The Day Didn’t Know What It Wanted To Be. “Just Stay Alive. I'm Not Going To Lose You.” Mission Impossible 2 Is A Film That’s Laughably Bad And Is Super Unfocused With Its Writing, It Honestly Feels Like A Spoof Of It’s Self As It’s Too Cheesy For Its Own Good, The Concept Of The Film Being About A Chase For A Cure For This Chinese Disease Is Just So Mindlessly Stupid And Easily The Worst Mission The Franchise Has To Offer But Not Only That From It’s Horrendously Written And Poorly Executed Romance That Is Just A Pain To Watch, To It’s Harrowing Over-Usage Of Outdated Slow-Mo And Just Appalling Editing, This Is Just Damn Near Unwatchable The Change From Brian De Palma To John Woo Sharply Hurts This Movie He Makes The Movie To Over The Top And It’s Just So Uninspired And Boring In Comparison To The Original, The Action And Stunts Are Pretty Generic But That Motorcycle Bit At The End Was Just Rockingly Badass, But Besides That And A Electrifying Score From Hans Zimmer That’s All The Film Really Offers, Tom Cruise Gives An Fair Performance As Ethan I Guess Even Though The Shitty Romance Doesn’t Do Him Any Favors, They Also Get Ving Rhames Back As Luther Just For Him To Sit On The Side For Over Half The Film Which Was Just Inexcusably Lame, And Overall I Wouldn’t Call This Film Terrible, It’s Still An Corny And Dull Film But Atleast Everything From Here Is To Write At Home About Or Just Strictly Out Of This World.

You Know I Don’t Follow The NBA!” Although The Film Is Not Completely Creatively Bankrupt This Is Still A Pretty Unnecessarily Sequel That Dwells In Comparison To The First Especially In Term’s Of Writing For Starters The Story Was Just Sloppy And All Over The Place There’s A Huge Lack Of Narrative Focus It Honestly Feels Like 3 Different Follow-up Ideas To Anchorman Just Thrown In Together And It Just Loses Me With It’s Completely Random And Way To Nonsensical Style Not To Say That The First Film’s Story Wasn’t Dumb Or Anything But Alot That Happens Here Is Just Honestly Too Much, The First Anchorman’s Humor Worked Because Of It’s Well Executed And Written Comically Absurd And Outlandishly Deadpan Qualities To It’s Jokes It Had An Organic Feeling To It From It’s Stemming Style And With 2’s The Charm Is Less Evident Resulting In Less Subtle Jokes The One Thing That Carried Over From The First To Me In The Writing Department Is That The One-Liners Are Still Great And I Would Be Lying If I Said I Didn’t Catch Myself Laughing To Atleast A Few Of Them, The Writing Wasn’t The Only Thing That Got Weaker For Me But I Thought Adam McKay’s Direction Got Way More Lazy And Lost Everything That Made His Directing For The First So Amusingly Momentous It Really Felt Like He Didn’t Want To Do This One And Just Decided To Finally Take The High Dollar Check, But Hey Will Ferrel, Steve Carrel, Paul Rudd, And David Koechner Are All Still Comedically Brilliant In Their Roles And Actually Feel Like That They Are Elevating With Their Characters Even More This Time Especially Will As Ron It Could Be Because Of The Weak Script But Atleast They Put Effort Into Their Performances Once Again And Didn’t Lose Their Charm, I Also Thought That James Marsden, Megan Good, And Kristen Wiig All Made Fun New Additions To The Cast, And We Again Get Some More Wildly Uproarious And Fun Cameos Near The End From The Unbelievable Likes Of Jim Carrey, Liam Neeson, Sacha Baron Cohen, Will Smith, Harrison Ford, Amy Pohler, And John C. Riley I Especially Really Enjoyed John’s And Jim Carrey’s, And Vince Vaughn Makes A Fun Appearance Returning As His Character Wes From The First One, And Overall Anchorman 2: The Legends Continues Is A Watchable But Still Uncreative Sequel, That Fails To Achieve What Made The First So Spesh Nothing More Than That.

Finally Checked Out Anchorman, And While Not My Favorite Comedy It’s Still A Film That Utterly Had Me Rolling Of Laughter Every Other Minute And Just So Instantly Quotable! “Brick, Where Did You Get A Hand Grenade?” “I Don’t Know.” Adam McKay Delivers Arguably One Of The Most Iconic And Amusing Comedies That Came Out Of That Early 2000’s Era Of Comedy As This Is Him And Will Doing What They Absolutely Do Best And It Works So Brilliantly Well, While In Of It’s Comedy It Can Be Relatively Hit Or Miss But For The Most Part It Hits And From A Writing Standpoint It’s Just Comedic Genius From The Intentionally Dumb And Over The Top Plot To The Consistently Pace Of Well Executed Outlandish And Comically Wacky Humor And Highly Memorable One-Liners It’s All Just Gut Bustlingly Hilarious And With A Concept Of A Douchey And Cretinous 70’s News Captain Is Just Waggishly Strong It’s All So Elementally Iconic And Just An Incredible Abiding Watch, Will Ferrel Gives Probably The Most Limitlessly Comedic And Absurb Performance Of His Career As Ron He Fully Embraces The Character’s Absurdity In A Way That Standouts From His Average Performance And I Love How He Creates A Physical Presence For Ron As His Commit To The Character Is Undeniable As He Makes Both His Facial Expressions And Vocal Delivery A Crucial Part Of His Performance But At The End Of The Day He Just Excels At Delivering His Lines With Deadpan Seriousness That Only Makes His Enormous Commitment To His Performance Just Even Funnier To Watch, Paul Rudd And David Koechner Bring Alot Of Laugh Out Loud Amusement To There Performances, And Steve Carrel Gives Easily My Favorite Performance In The Film Because Man He’s An Absolute Scene-Stealer And Genius With This Character He Just Embodies The Cluelessness Of Brick Through His Posture, Expressions, And Reactions And Through His Blank Stares, Sudden Bursts Of Nonsensical Phrases And Awkward Movements Contribute To Brick's Presence The Way He Impeccably And Consistently Leads The Film’s Nonsensicalness With The Characters Naive Sense Of Awareness With His Acting Just Amplifies The Film’s Comedic Effect And Just Shows How Undeniably Outstanding Of An Actor That Steve Is, The Late Fred Willard Was Also An Highlight For Me And I Loved Seeing His Unexpected Reactions And Interactions With The Rest Of The Cast, Vince Vaughn Was Also Amazing Here For What He Had And We Also Get Some Beyond Energizing Uproarious Appearances Throughout The Film From The Astounding Likes Of Jack Black, Ben Stiller, Danny Trejo, And Seth Rogan, And Overall Anchorman Was Just Endlessly Entertaining, Definitely One Of The Most Hilarious Watches I’ve Had In A Bit Might Even Considering Rewatching And Giving The 2nd One Another Chance Now As I Not Liking That.

Final Destination: Bloodlines Was Just An Exhilarating Experience Beginning To End And Just The Perfect Way To Reintroduce The Franchise To Today’s Audiences, Keeping The Foundation Of What Made This Franchise Iconic But In A Way That’s Innovative And Engaging. “Life Is Precious. Enjoy Every Single Second. You Never Know When.” Bloodlines Is Easily My Favorite Entry In This Franchise Since One And Hands Down The Best Out Of The Sequels, For Starters The Direction From Directors Zach Lipovsky And Adam Stein Is Just Commendably Beyond Excellent They Make It So Visually Clear How Much Care And Persistence They Are Putting Into Their Work Here As You Can Really See That They Candidly And Effectively Adore This Franchise But Not Only That They Actually Are Actively Challenging Themselves By Elaborating And Conducting A Distinctive Style That Is New To The Franchise, The Plot For This One From A Writing/Structuring Standpoint Could Be The Best Of The Franchise There’s Genuinely So Much To Love About The Writing Here As The Plot Never Drags And The Writers Add Some Appreciated Lore To The Story And Some Beyond Diverting Twists Thrown In As Well The Whole Basis And Capitalization Of Death That The Previous Films Built Is Still On Full Display The Film Also Seriously Builds An Amazing Sense Of Tension, Energy, And Atmosphere So Damn Well As It’s Constantly Teasing Uncertainty/Danger And The Whole Generational Cycle Was An Interesting Route/Concept To Take An Final Destination Story As It Added Fresh Stakes That We Haven’t Seen This Franchise Have Before And An Heart To The Film As You Truly Care For These New Characters, The Humor Here Is Also Just Twistedly Dark And Hilarious It’s Centrically Meta And Is Layered In A Way That Works, The Kills Are Just Visually Gnarly And Just Pure Nightmarish In The Most Clever Ways Possible The One In The Hospital Might Single Handley May Just Be My Favorite Kill Scene In The Franchise, The Cast Is Brilliantly Full Of Talent And Just Effulgently Lovable Especially Richard Harmon And Owen Joyner Who Were The Gleaming Standouts For Me And Kaitlyn Santa JuanaI Who Was Just A Delightful Lead She Also Just Nailed It With Her Performance, I Thought Tony Todd’s Appearance Was Genuinely Concise And Truly Felt Like The Perfect Honorable Ending For His Character, This Is Also One Of The Most Electrifying Experiences I’ve Had In A Theater I Saw This With My Best Friend Isaiah And We Had An Absolute Freaking Blast The Whole Audience Was So Galvanizing This Is Just The Perfect Theatrical Experience Especially For All Horror Fans Alike, Definitely A Must Watch And Overall An Outstanding Entry To The Franchise, It’s A Film That Truly Benefits From Sticking To Franchise Root’s But Also Having A Sense Of Being Delightfully Visceral And Just Astounding Unpredictably.

Final Destination 5 Just Rules So Freaking Hard And Is Easily One Of The More Inventive Entries In The Franchise! “You All Just Be Careful Now.” Final Destination 5 Takes Us Back To The True Roots Of The Franchise And Gives Us A Story So Filled Of Detail And Tension While The Plot Is Very Familiar The Very Exuberant Direction They Take This Story Was Effectively Malignant And Strong, The Deaths In This One Really Don’t Hold Back And Are Imaginatively Unsettling Each Are More Twisted And Visually Mangled Than The Last The Gymnastics Scene Along Was Really An Gnarly And Sick Kill, Steven Quale Also Does An Killer Job At Directing The Movie And Bringing Such Wonderful And Innovating Vision To The Film While He’s Not The Best Filmmaker To Helm This Franchise Aesthetically And Artistic Wise He Still Does An Hell Of A Job, The Cast For 5 Are Also All Somewhat Intriguing To Watch In There Own Individual Ways Miles Fisher Especially Gives An Ruthlessly Electric And Excellent Performance And I Ofcourse Loved The Extended Role Tony Todd (Finally) Has In This One And He’s Marvelous Like Always, And Man Was That Twist At The End Saying It Blew My Mind Is An Understandment It Completely Floored And Shook Me The Moment I Heard “GET OFF THE PLANE” And Saw Devon Sawa My Mouth Just Dropped They Did It In Such An Enticingly Clever Way I Really Love How It Basically Ties The Whole Series Up In An Brilliant Way, Easily Now One Of My Favorite Film Twists In The History Of Cinema And Potentially My Favorite Ending To Any Horror Film And Man Was Just Tribute In The Series They Did In The Credits Was Just Wickedly Cool, And Overall Final Destination 5 Is The Perfect Example On Why This Series So Inventively Rule, I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE BLOODLINES NOW!

The “Final” Destination Is Not Only An Absolutely Horrible Entry In The Series, But One Of The Most Ugliest Film’s I’ve Ever Sat Down And Watched. “We Just Lost A Really Hot MILF.” This Is Such A Step Far Down In Quality And Was Just An Annoying Watch, The Script Is Terrible And Man Is The Dialogue Just Laughably Horrendously Written, The Kills In This (Which Are The Best Part In The Previous Films) Just Lose All The Creativity This Franchise Is Known For In That Department Are Just Boring, Cheap, And Just Completely Lazy Like Each Kill Just Covenantally Happens And Boringly Just Shows A Little Blood Afterwards, The Visuals Look Worser Than A CW Show And The CGI And I’m Not Exaggerating When I Say This Are Some Of The Worst Effects I’ve Ever Seen They Are Absolutely Appalling And It’s Sad Because This Series Was Basically Built By Awesome Practical Effects, The Acting From The Whole Cast Is Just Completely Monotonous Easily Some Of The Most Horrendous And Stilted Line Delivery I’ve Ever Seen And Worst Part We Don’t Atleast See An Appearance From Tony Todd His Absence Was DEARLY Missed Atleast He Would’ve Brought Something To Write Home About, Everything I Loved About David R. Ellis’s Direction With 2 Is Just Completely Absent He Really Phones This One In And Doesn’t Add Any Strong And Visceral Vision Which Is Sad Because I Absolutely ired His Work He Did With Final Destination 2, And Overall Just A Very Ugly And Uninspiring Entry In The Series, This Film Is Truly The Definition Of “Creatively Bankrupt” Which A Final Destination Film Should Never Be.

While Not As Great As The Previous 2 Final Destination 3 Is Truly A Electrifying Rollercoaster Of An Horror Experience Beginning To End. “Your Fear Is From Having No Control.” James Wong Returns To The Franchise And Wastes No Time To Give Us Another Awesome Concept To Take The Franchise With His Direction, The Story For 3 Is More Complex And Somehow Even Ruthless Than The Previous Installments I Really Liked How The Film Showed The Concept Of Fear And Death In A Semi More Slicker And Completely Fresher Way Than Previously, And The Kills Are Babblingly Fun To Watch The Pure Brutality And Unhinging Of The Deaths Is Just So Chaotically Damn Grand From The Rollercoaster Intro Each Kill Left Me On The Literal Edge Of My Seat, I Especially Loved How Imaginative And Gruesomely Visceral The Tanning Bed And Sign Kills Only Complaint Is Alot Of The Practicality Of The Kills Are Lowered And The Effects Are Somehow Way More Dated In Comparison To 1&2’s, And The Cast While Not As Strong As The Previous Ones Mary Elizabeth Winstead Still Serves As An Highlight And Just Kills It With Her Leading Role Though And Again Tony Todd Is Great For The Small Amount Of Screentime He Has, And Overall While Not My Favorite In The Series, I Can Appreciate The Vision Wong Brings To This One As The Hidden Messages Of The Fragility Of Life And How Death Is Inevitable Do Elevate It In A Interesting Way.

Final Destination 2 While Not As Good As The Original Classic Is Still A Worthy And Exciting Follow-up! “I Know What I Have To Do To Save Us, I Have To Die…” Final Destination 2 Is Exactly What A Horror Sequel Of It’s Size Should Be, Alot Of It’s Cheesy And Dumb-Fun Qualities Are Carried Over From The First But From A Story/Writing Standpoint It’s Somewhat Of An Improvement As The Film Does An Spectacular Job At Expanding The Lore From The First Film And Building Onto That Inherit Suspense Of Death That The First Built And The Plot Never Drags Which Was A Small Problem With The First Final Destination, The Kills Are More Inventive And Are Increasingly More Twisted/Grotesque By An Insanely High Point I May Never Look At A Log Truck The Same Again…, The Practical Effects For The Kills Are Also Truly Epic And Are Just Insanely Chaotically Effective For It’s Time It Helped Added Visual Authenticity And Depth To Each Kill And Are Each Just So Visually Pleasing Especially That Ladder Kill, David R. Ellis Does An Terrific Job Directing The Film And Bringing The Level Of Suspenseful Visceral And Surpriseness That James Wong Originally Brought As David Still Has Just As Much Vision And Was Just An Incredible Choice To Continue The Franchise As His Direction Is Brutally Strong And Maintains A Credibly Cool Level Of Suspenseful Spectacle But Yet A Gorely Entertaining Tone That He Brings To The Film, The Cast Of Characters Are Pretty Solid And Are Give Pretty Good Performances Especially Ali Larter, A.J. Cook, And Michael Landes Who Are All Pretty Likable Leads Ali Especially An Delight To See Return From The First, And Tony Todd Was Still Outstanding For What He Had Even Though It Was Again A Small Part, And Overall While I Do Prefer The Original Film Just A Tad Bit More Because Of Its Awesome Aesthetic, This Was Just A Blast And Was Just Frequently Grotesquely Sublime.

Final Destination Is Like A Cool Creative Nightmare Come To Screen. “In Death There Are No Accidents, No Coincidences, No Mishaps, And No Escapes.” Final Destination Is A Film That’s Actually Terrifying And One That’s Highly Entertaining To Watch, The Writing While Not Exactly Flawless Is Just Alot Of Fun The Concept Especially Is Just So Thrilling And Is Executed In Such An Clear And Elaborative Way The Film Also Perfectly Capitalizes On The Inherit Film Of Death And That’s What Makes It Truly So Great I Really Also Love How The Film Embraces It’s Dumbness And I Love The Early 2000’s Teen Horror Cheese It’s Just A Vibe, The Kills While Predicable Were Bloody And Just Overall Creative As Well They Are Exploitive And Intricately Crafted The Practical Effects Were Especially Effectively And Violently Over The Top In All The Best Ways Possible And The Practically Of It All Really Helped Add A Sense Of Realism And More Cooler Impact To Each Scene/Kill, The Film Also Has This Visually Awesome And 2000’s Spooky Ominous Visual Aesthetic That I Just Dig And Man Was The Nine Doors Down Soundtrack Also Was Just The Perfect Choice To Match It With, James Wong Also Does An Unparalleled Job At Directing The Film He Brings Final Destination To Life With His Vision So Symbolically His Filmmaking Here Just Has So Much Visionary Restraint And He Makes It So Visceral And Adds An Level Of Suspenseful Surprise As Well, The Cast Also Literally Makes This Movie Without Them The Film Wouldn’t Have Been Near As Great As They Are Are Each Just So Very Fun To Watch And Give Some Highly Riveting Over The Top Performances Especially Devon Sawa And Seann William Scott, Tony Todd Is Also Just Sensationally Brilliant For The Stuff He Had In This One May He RIP…, And Overall Final Destination Is Just A Gem Of A Horror Film, It's A Film That Will Legitimately Crawl Under Your Skin And Is A Film That Just Oozes In 2000sness.

Marvel Is So Officially Back, The Thunderbolts* Is Genuinely One Of The Most Investing And Meaningful Projects That The MCU Has Given Us Lately And Was One That I Actually Had An Strong Emotional Connection To Which Hasn’t Been The Case For A Marvel Film In Quite A Long Time. “When I Look At You I Don’t See You’re Mistakes, That’s Why We Need Eachother.” The Thunderbolts* Completely Reminded Me On Why I Fell In Love With The MCU Growing Up And For The First Time Since Truthfully No Way Home Where I Was Left Glamouring To See More, Besides An Small Selection Of Projects The MCU Has Given Us Since Endgame This Was A Film That Truly Left An Impact On Me While Watching As It’s A Refreshing And Electrifyingly Well Written Addition To The MCU The Main Story Does An Great Job At Making Us Care For These Broken Characters From Different MCU Projects Seeing Them Come Together And Eventually By The End Becoming Something More, The Film Does A Phenomenal Job At Incorporating Their Separate Backstories For New Viewers And Making Us Care For Each Character As I Love How We See Every One Of These Characters In A Level Playing Field In The Film, The Film Also Has A Perfect Substantial Mix Of Heart And Humor With The Important And Lovely Introduction Of Bob A Character Who Is So Clearly Hurt And Shattered In So Many Way’s He Adds Unpredictability To The Film And Actually Helps Give The Group Personality I Really Adore How Heartfelt And Meaningful This Film In The MCU Grand-scheme Of Things As The Film Beautifully Tackles Anxiety, Depression Regret, And Fear In Such An Profoundly Imaginative And Beautiful Way There Was So Many Points Throughout The Film Especially With Bob That Just Left Me Personally Sobbing, And Man Are The Main Dynamics Between The Main Group Is Done In Such A Way That Just Feels Authentic And By The End Of The Film It Really Feels Like All These Characters Are Family, The Void Is Also Easily One Of The MCU’s Most Unique And Gripping Villains I Especially Loved How Terrifying He Is And How He’s The Physical Representation Of Those’s Innerdarkness, Jake Schreier Is Exactly The Kind Of Director That The MCU Needed Right Now He Brings His Indie Film Chops To The MCU And Delivers Truly Something Fresh And Different To The Superhero Film Genre As A Whole His Stylistic Vision And ion For This Movie And It’s Characters Was On Clear Display Throughout The Whole Film And Was Easily Some Of The Greatest Filmmaking We’ve Seen In The MCU, The Cinematography Here Is Just Marvelous There’s A Wide Range Of Stylish Shots And So Many Absorbingly Out Of This World Visuals In Of The MCU Visually This Is Definitely One That Sticks Out Artistically, The Action And Fight Scenes Are Just A Blast To Watch And Are Is Some Of The Most Badass And Exhilarating Action The MCU Has Given Us Post Endgame There Is So Much Style And Raw Flair With Each Fight And The Choreography Is Especially Just So Unbelievably Awesome, The Soundtrack Is Also Just Amazing And Man Is Nothing’s Going To Stop Us Now Just The Perfect Main Theme For The Film, The Whole Cast Does An Brilliant Job With Their Performances And All Have Exceptional Chemistry With One Another, Florence Pugh Just Crushes Her Performance Like Always As Yelena I Especially Love Her Dynamic She Has With Lewis Pullman Throw The Film They Are Naturally And Outstandingly Talented Whenever They Are Together Onscreen, David Harbour Is Just A Delight To Watch Here As Red Guardian And Is Absolutely Hilarious He Plays Off Everyone Here Just Amazingly And You Can Tell He’s Consistently Having A Blast He Gives The Film So Much Great Energy And Enthusiasm With His Performance, John Walker Was One Of My Favorite MCU Characters Introduced Post Endgame So It Was Just Fun To See Wyatt Russel Back In This Role As John And He Proves Once Again Why He Is So Terrific In This Role He Continues To Effectively Have That Nuanced Complexity And Underlying Flaws That John Has That Made Me Fall In Love With Him As This Character In The First Place And He Perfectly Belongs With This Cast As Well So Glad To See Him Still Expertly Craft And Embody This Role, Hannah John-Kamen‘s Performance As Ghost Surprised Me In This One And This Is Coming From Someone Who Absolutely Did Not Like Her Character In Ant-Man And The Wasp But She’s Genuinely Gives A Great Performance In This Film And Is An Absolute Badass Here Just Comes To Show That With Better Writing That She Could Really Become An Favorite Quick, Sebastian Stan While Not The Most Important Character In The Film Is Still Fantastic As Always As Bucky And I Will Never Refuse To See Some Him As Badass Bucky In Action, But Man Was The Welcoming Excellent Addition Of Lewis Pullman As Bob Just The Absolute Highlight Of The Film For Me Pullman’s Performance Was Enchanting In Every Sense Of The World Easily Hands Down One Of The Most Phenomenally Acted Performances To Have Ever Come Out Of The MCU The Way Lewis Convincingly Depicts Bob’s Complex And Fractured Psyche Is Just Truly Such An Incredible Example Of What Will Easily Become An Generational Iconic Performance He Masterfully Portrays The Different Personalities Of Bob His Vulnerability, His Godlike And Immense Powerful Presence As Sentry, And Finally His Mystical And Monstrous Forceful Performance As The Void He Just Puts Everything’s He Got Into This Character And Is Now Easily One Of My Favorite Characters To Have Ever Grace The MCU Thus Far, And Overall Thunderbolts* Was Just An Incredible Entry In The MCU It’s A Cohesive And Emotionally Heartfelt Character Driven Story With An Distinct Voice And Delivered An New Fresh And Exciting Take On The Superhero Genre, This Is Easily One Of My Favorite Projects That The MCU Has Ever Given Us And After That Huge Credit Scene I Cannot Be More Hyped To See How They Are All Utilized In Doomsday Next Year!

Finally Checked Out The Classic That Is Stand By Me It’s As Influential To Pop Culture As A Film As It As A Coming Of Age Story, And Man Did I Just Adore Every Second While Watching. “Am I Weird?” “Yeah. But So What Everybody’s Weird.” Stand By Me Is Just One Of Those Powerfully Timeless And Iconic Films That Leaves Major Impact On The Viewer While Watching, The Film Does Have Just A Very Simple Concept But Stephen King The Legend He Is Just Put So Much Love And Meaning Into This Story It’s One Of The Most Emotionally Mature And Engrossing Coming Of Age Stories Ever Written I Really Like How The Relationship Between The Boys Are Written As It’s Just Perfect And How It Comes To Show Friendships Like This No Matter How Small It May Seem Will Last A Lifetime There’s Just A Certain Level Of Relatability To How You See The Boys Interact With One Another And I Love How Each Boy Has Something Layered About Them Or Is Written In A Deeper Complexity Manner, The Cast Of Boys Are Just Phenomenal I’m Not Joking When I Say This Film Contains Probably The Best Child Acting That Ever Graced The Screen They Each Are All So Perfectly Casted And Are Charming To Watch Together Their Authenticity And Pure Brilliant Acting Capability To Portray Such Adolescent Complex Characters With Their Performances Is Just Sensational, Wil Wheaton And River Phoenix (May He Rest In Peace) Especially Are Criminally Outstanding In Their Roles And Corey Feldman And A Very Young Jerry O’Connel Are Also Just A Absolute Joy To Watch As Well, Rob Reiner’s Direction Is Alluring Diverting And So Artistically iring The Way He Evokes A Strong Personal Connection Between These Characters And The Viewer With His Directing Choices And How He Creates A Powerful Sense Of Childhood Just Shows Us How Amazing Of A Director He Is And How Connecting This Film On A Higher Level Really Is, Camerawork Here Is Just Masterful The Hidden Detail And Cultivated Usage Of Wide Closeup Shots To Give Us The Sense Of What The Boys Were Feeling In The Scenery That They Were Is Just Effectively Genius By The Film’s Part And Is Easily Some Of The Most Clever/Inventive Visual Work I’ve Ever Seen, And Overall Stand By Me Is An Essential Much Watch Especially For Lovers Of 80s Movies And Of The Coming Of Age Genre.

Until Dawn Was Just An Example Of A Horror Director Showing Off His Roots And Just Going All Out With The Creative Twistedness And Spectacularly Visualized Frightful Settings, And I Adored It! “What’s Going To Help Us A VHS Tape!?” Until Dawn Was A Game I Didn’t Have Much Knowledge Of Going Into This But As A Big Fan Of David F. Samberg/Ponysmasher I Just Knew I Absolutely Had To See This As He’s One Of The Most Detailed And Inspiringly ionate Visionary Filmmakers Currently Working In My Honest Opinion Either It’s His Astounding And Ingenious Horror Work That’s Made Him An Recognizable Name Or His Out Of This World And Magical Enthrallingly Work He Did With The Shazam! Films I Just Have So Much Respect For Him As The Man’s A Current Visual And Creative Genius In My Book And His Work With Until Dawn Was Utterly Spectacular His Style Was On Full Display Here And I Personally Think He Brought This Film To Life With So Much Personality Like He Always Does, Now I Don’t Know Nothing About The Source Material And Apparently As An Adaptation It Isn’t That Great But What I Can Say Is That There’s Some Great Callbacks/Easter Eggs That Had My Theater Going Nuts And They Pull Of This Original Concept In Such An Riveting And Enticingly Alluring Way How They Structured It As An Anthology-esque Structuring And Basically Made It An Horror Survival Story Was Just So Fun To Watch And Was Honestly The Best Route To Take The Film There Was Also Some Great Character Writing In This Especially With The Characters Of Clover And Max, The Film Was Also Visually Just Excellent And The Horrorness Of It All Could’ve Not Been Better Especially With All The Phenomenal Usage Of Practical Effects And Sets, The Scares Were Actually Frightening And The Designs Of The Monsters/Killers Were Just So Unbelievably Well Detailed And Disturbingly Crafted In The Bestest Ways Possible, And Man The Kills… They Were To Literally Die For Some Are Just So Unbelievably Shocking, Effectively Gorey, Grotesque, And Are All Just Overall Distinctively Unique And Aesthetically Imaginative The Practical Effects Also Especially Excel In That Department, The Cast Is Also Wildly Excellent And Play Off Eachother So Naturally Each Of Them Are Just So Talented And Their Dynamic Is Definitely Just Really Enchanting To Watch, And Overall Until Dawn Was A Uncanny And Creative Treat, It Stands On It’s Own And As Someone Who’s Never Played The Game It Made Me Really Want To Go And Pick It Up.

Step Brothers Is Just One Of Those Movies Where You Can Put On Any Time And Just Have One Of The Most Memorable And Entertaining Blasts While Watching, It’s Seriously A Film That Never Gets Old. “DID WE JUST BECOME BEST FRIENDS!?” “YUP!” Step Brothers Is Just An Wondrous Piece Of It’s Time And Is Easily One Of The Most Definingly Iconic And Naturally Out Of Loud Comedies From That Golden Era Of Comedy Films From The 2000s-2010s, The Film Is Just Fantastically Written For Such An Unbelievably Dumb Concept Of Basically Surrounding Two Grown Men Who Act Like Children The Script Just Establishes The World And Characters Just So Perfectly Every Scene Is Just Comedically Genius And Endlessly Quotable As It’s A Brilliant Blend Of Stupidity And Slapstick, Will Ferrel And John C. Riley Are Undoubtedly At Their Absolute Funniest Here And Both Are So Unbelievably Perfect In These Roles They Are So Transparently Believable As A Manchild Duo They Elevate The Film Perfectly With Their Performances And They Are Just So Instantly Charming In Their Roles As Brennan And Dale They Will Just Have You Rolling On The Floor Laughing As They Are Just So Incredibly Talented Together, Adam Scott And Kathryn Hahn Are Also Unironically Some Of The Greatest ing Cast Ever In A Comedy They Are Freaking Uproarious In This, Adam McKay Seriously Knows How To Make An Terrific Comedy And His Directing With Step Brothers Might Seriously Be His Best The Paring Of His Superb Direction And The Fantastic Cast Really Resulted In Which Is Now Considered One Of The Most Iconic Comedies Of Our Time.

The Amateur Was A Pleasant Surprise!, And Was A Film That I Thought Used The Action Genre In A Interesting And Thrilling Way. “I Want To Find The People Who Murdered My Wife.” James Hawes Delivers One Of The Most Cleverly Crafted And Throughly Locked In Action Thrillers As Of Recent With The Amateur, On Paper This Had Every Right To Be Your Typical Action Blockbuster But Man Was It Extremely Smart With It’s Writing, Great Pacing, And Execution I Really Loved The Groundedness And Languishingly Matureness Of It’s Story The Whole Brains Over Muscle Concept This Film Uses Was Just Really Interesting Seeing This Nerdy Tech Guy Going After His Wife Killers Even Though Theres So Many Odd’s Against Him And Seeing Him Use His Mind To Accomplish His Mission Especially In The Most Tensed Situations Was So Just So Gripping To Watch, Rami Malek Was The Perfect Choice To Lead The Film His Performance Here Was Just Brilliant The Way He Conveys His Characters Grief, Regret, Sorrow, And Anger With His Body Movement And Facial Expression Was Just Sensational By His Part You Could Just Feels His Character’s Agony And Rage With His Portrayal And He Does In Such An Powerfully Convincing And Authentic Way, Rachel Brosnahan Gives An Excellent Performance As The Dead Wife And Her Chemistry With Rami In The Beginning Was Just Amazing And Was Surprisingly Beautifully Acted By Their Parts, Laurence Fishbourne Is Charmingly Badass Like Always And His Formidable Presence Help Give Serious And Enigmatic Gravitas To The Film, Jon Bernthal And Caitriona Balfe Were Also Huge Highlights For Me As They Both Stole Each Scene They Were In Just Wish Jon Had More To Do Here Than He Did, The Action While Nothing Special Still Hit For Me And I Loved How Small-Scaled, Grounded, Smart, And Mature It Was, And The Cinematography Had An Nice Calm Atmosphere To It, And Overall The Amateur Was A Pretty Clever And Fun Watch, While It’s Not A Film That Didn’t Leave A Huge Impact On Me Nor I Don’t See Myself Revisiting This One Alot I Still Recommend Giving This A Go Especially If Ur Looking For A Pretty Quality And Sharp Action Flick With Great Talent And Plot.

The Most Cinema Of A Movie Has Been Released…, The Greatest Movie To Have Ever Movie Has Finally Been Made AND ITS MINECRAFT! “CHICKEN JOCKEY!” As Someone Who Grew Up Decently With Minecraft Playing The Game On My Xbox 360 And Watching Stampy Videos It’s Nice Seeing A Giant Blockbuster Movie Like This Come Out Now With Such Huge Fun Personality And Not Only That But Is Truly An Huge Love-letter To Minecraft And What It Stands For Creatively, Jared Hess Is A Director That I’ve Always Highly ired And Adored His Offbeat And Weirdly Dry Comedic Style So When I Heard He Was The One Making Minecraft I Was So Hyped Because Man Was He The Perfect Choice To Helm The Movie And With His Unnatural/Creative Chops It Truly Help Give This Movie So Much Character, The Cast They Chose Were So Unbelievably Charming And Just Diverting To Watch, Sebastian Eugene Hansen Gave A Solid Performance And I Thought Emma Myers From Wednesday Was Great For What She Had Her And Danielle Brooks’s Character Had A Fun Dynamic, But The Heavy Lifting In Of Charisma And Performance Were Definitely From Jack Black And Jason Momoa Jack Black Was So High-spirited And Hilariously Over The Top As Steve That It Surprisingly Worked You Can Tell He Is Just Having The Biggest Blast Doing The Movie And How Enthusiastically He Delivers And Brings So Many Elements Of The Game To Life With His Performance Chanting Stuff This Is The Most Jack Black We’ve Ever Seen Him And It’s Just Endlessly Fun To Watch And Jason Momoa Is Easily My Favorite Part Of The Movie As Garret He Basically Plays The Loser Stereotypical Version Of Himself And His Dynamic With This Cast Was Endearingly Fun, Jennifer Coolidge Was Just An Delight In This And Her Subplot Was Pretty Damn Hilarious, I Also Couldn’t Tell You The Last Time I Had An Theater Experience This Amusing I Went With My Boi Isaiah In A Packed Theater And We Had An Absolute Freaking Blast The Whole Theater Treated The Movie Like It Was One Big Meme And Cheered During Moments Like It Was A Damn Marvel Movie Lmfao The Unserious Energy Coming From The Audience Lit Up The Room And Made An Unforgettable Experience Which Reminded Me Why I Love Going To The Movies, Sure The Movie Is Objectively Flawed It’s Writing Is Not Great There’s No Consistent Story Arc And The Character Development Just Isn’t There At All And Just Plain Sucks There’s An Interesting Theme Of Embracing Your Inner Creativity But Alot Of It’s One-Note And Some Of The CG Is Well Questionable… But For What It’s Worth The Experience Was Great And The Comedy Was So Outlandish And Basically Doesn’t Take Itself Seriously That I Can Basically Forgive It, And Overall A Minecraft Movie Was Exactly What I Was Hoping To Be It’s Cheesy And It’s Heavily Flawed But It Just Has So Much Fun Personality That Made It A Blast To Watch! I NEED A SEQUEL NOW!

Death Of A Unicorn Was A Bizarre And Surprising Experience, Basically Jurassic Park If It Was On Acid And With Monstrous Unicorns. “It’s A Fucking Unicorn.” A24 Is Easily Becoming One Of My Favorite Film Studios And Death Of A Unicorn Is One Of There Most Absurdly Creative And Genreblending Works, The Film Was Humorously Dark In The Bestest Ways Possible It’s Definitely An Throwback To 80’s Weird Creature Features And Was Genuinely Well Written I Loved The Fantasy/Mythology Aspects That They Used To Craft The Creatures And How It Fully Leant Towards It, The Cinematography Had An Rich Aesthetic That Just Popped On The Big Screen I Loved The Graininess Of It And The Vibrantly Purplish Neon Coloring Of The Visuals, The Kills Were Insanely Grotesque And Just Had This Weird Cartoonish Effect To Them Which Just Made It Insanely Entertaining And Help Added To The Film’s Clever Absurdness, The Effects Were A Pretty Cool Mix Of Practical And CG And I Dug The Overall Freakishly Mutilated Designs For The Unicorns, Jenna Ortega Was Her Usual Fantastic Self In This And Her Performance Matched Alongside Paul Rudd’s Wonderfully And Man Did Will Poulter Just Effortlessly Steal The Show With His Absolutely Uproarious Performance, And I Was Very Impressed By Alex Scharfman‘s Directing Loved His Structuring And Unique Frightening Style Would Love To See More To Come Out Of That Freakishly Imaginative Brain Of His, But Overall Besides An Few Overplayed Jokes And The Third Act Starting To Linger Longer Than It Needed This Is Very Much A Film Worth Watching And Was Easily One Of The Biggest Surprises Of 2025 Thus Far!

Project X Was A Solid Blast!, Most Of This Shit Was Definitely Lit And Was An Amazingly Fun Watch. “Holy Shit, Dude. It’s Miles Teller.” Project X Is A Comedy Movie That Always Seemed Like It Would Be Right Up My Alley And Has Been In My Watchlist For Quite Awhile So I Decided To Finally Watch It With My Good Friend Movieguy144, While It Doesn’t Standout As Some Classic Comedic Gem’s Of That Same Era It’s Still A Wild Encapsulation Of The Era It Was Created In Culture Just The Concept Of A Big Giant Birthday Party Going Wrong And It Basically Ruining The Kids Life By The End Of It Is Just Fun To See All The Craziness And Insane Stuff Go Down Slowly Is Just Fun There’s Alot Of Releasability To Take From This As Well Especially If You’re Still In Your Younger Years, The Soundtrack Is Fire And The Found Footage Style Definitely Was The Perfect Choice For The Movie As It Perfectly Compliments And Elevates What The Film Was Going For And It Stands Out As Just A Complete And Total Vibe, Nima Nourizadeh‘s Directing Is Great And The Way He Let’s The Cast Let Loose And Give It There All Was Just Genius And Helped Build The Chaotically Fun Tone That They Were Going For, Brady Hender, Jonathan Daniel Brown, Oliver Cooper And The Rest Of The Cast Just Are Unbelievably Incredible Especially Considering The Fact That They Were Basically A List Of Complete Unknowns They Give An Authentic And Natural Portrayals Of Uncensored High Schoolers And It’s Because Of Nima’s Direction That They Were Able To Get Room And Achieve It With Their Performances, Miles Teller Also Gives An Outlandish Performance Than He Usually Does And It’s Just Hilarious Seeing Him Play A Ridiculous And Wild Version Of Himself, And DaxFlame Was Definitely One Of My Favorite Parts In This Besides The Minimal Screentime He Had I’m So Glad He’s Finally Getting The Recognition He Deserves As A Creator/Comedian, And Overall While Project X Definitely Lacks Alot Of Substance/Plot I Still Had An Absolute Blast With It From All The Chaoticness And The Fact That It’s A Piece Of It’s Time With An Incredible Crew That Just Made Something So Unbelievably Fun.

Was Shocked To See How Much I Thought About This Being Just Painfully Okay… “What Were You Looking For A Night In Shining Armor!?” Now I’m Go To Start Off This Review By Saying I’ve Never Seen The Original Snow White From 1937, I Have No Nostalgia For It And Show White Was Just A Character I Never Knew Much About, So I Can’t Directly Speak On How This Compares To The Original In Of Quality And As An Remake But It Surprised Me On How Decently Enjoyable The Film Actually Is, Usually I Absolutely Despise These Disney Live Action Remakes And Just Find Them Completely Utter Worthless Money Hungry Slops Besides An Few Exceptions But With Snow White I Was Interested To See It When I Heard The Criminally Underrated And Creative Mastermind Marc Webb Was Onboard And Signed On To Direct This Film I Wan Intrigued And Had To Go It, And Honestly His Directing For This Movie Definitely Helps Hold And Elevates The Film Together His Direction Is Just Fantastic And While The Film Is Among His Weaker Work It’s Still Some Really Damn Good Stuff, There’s Some Great And Colorful Visual Work Especially The Set Deigns Those Were Beautiful And Exceptionally Built, The Script/Story I’m Heavily Mixed On It Keeps The Ideal Themes Of The Original Snow White Which Is Embracing Kindness And Help Spreading Hope For Others, And Showing Us The Importance Of Inner Beauty And How It Matters More Than An Outter Appearance Is Still Here, The Dwarves Were Hilarious And The Romance Between Jonathan And Snow White Was Charming I Thought They Fleshed Out This New Take Of The Stories Romance In An Interesting Way But Genuinely Sadly Theres Alot Of Bad And Poor Writing Decisions The Biggest Examples Especially Being With The Messy Third Act The Way They Defeated The Queen Was Such A Joke And Snow White’s Resurrection Was So Badly Written, The Music In This Film Wasn’t Great 90% Of It Were Jarring To The Ears Especially All The New Shallow And Grating Original Tracks/Songs They Made For This Film It’s Very Clear That Nobody In This Movie Besides Rachel Could Sing The Amount Of Poorly Mixed Audiotune Got Really Dreadful Quickly, Rachel Zegler Is Outstanding As Snow White She Crafted An Effortlessly Charming And Beautifully Leading Performance Her Talents Are Avidly On Full Display Here With Such Melody, Grace, And Courageous And Her Chemistry With Andrew Burnap Was Actually Pretty Stonger Than Expectedly Shown From The Trailers It Was Sweet And Very Natural, Gal Gadot Gives The Most Woodenly Dry And Intolerable Performance I’ve Seen In A Movie Recently As The Evil Queen She’s The Complete Opposite Of Menacing And It’s Clear That She Doesn’t Only Need Good Acting Lessons But Singing Lessons As Well Because Man Is She An Harrowing Singer, And Overall Besides It’s Fair Share Of Problems, Theres Still Great Stuff That The Film Has To Offer And In Comparison To Most Of These Remakes That Disney Keeps Pumping Out Its One Of The Easily Better Ones Which Isn’t Saying Much But It’s Definitely Not A Complete Trainwreck Of A Film.

My Friend Ian Hawke Has Been Begging Me To Watch This Film For Awhile, As It’s One Of The Few Rock Movies I Haven’t Seen Already. “You Need To Find Any Means Possible To Drop, Cover, And Hold On. Because Your Life Is Gonna Depend On It. God Be With You.” San Andreas Is Actually Pretty Fun Sure It’s You’re Run Of The Mill The Rock Movie And Is Pretty Generic In Alot Of Aspects, But I’m A Sucker For A Solid Disaster Movie Sure It Doesn’t Revolutionize The Genre In Alot Of Ways And Is Just Generic Recycle Of Alot Of Generic Summer Action Blockbusters But It’s Not Horrendously Written By Any Means And The Suspense Is Actually Pretty Great In This And There’s Some Solid Character Writing With The Rock’s Character And His Family Which Is Surprising Since Alot Of His Other Work Lacks In That Category Of Writing, The Action Is Pretty Junky But It’s So Filled Of Fun Popcorn Adrenaline Moments I Especially Loved The Final Act With All The Building’s Collapsing, Brad Peyton’s Directing Is Fine Enough He’s Not A Director That I’m Huge On But He Delivers Something Decently Fun With San Andreas, Dwayne Johnson Gives One Of His Best Performances Here As Ray Gaines Yes His Usual Rock Charisma/Screen Presence But What Made His Performance Stick Out From His Others For Me Is How Great His Character’s Emotional Depth And Actually Is Struggling He Isn’t Perfect But That What Makes His Part In This So Great, Carla Gugino Is Pretty Great In This As Well And Her Chemistry With The Rock Felt Pretty Natural, Alexandra Daddario Gives An Fantastic Performance In This As The Daughter Blake Her Chemistry With Hugo Johnstone-Burt‘s Character Ben And His Brother Ollie Played By Art Parkinson Was Definitely Not Bad And Easily Was One Of The Highlights For Me, Paul Giamatti Gives An Sensational Performance Like Always As The Scientist Role And It Was A Joy Seeing Ioan Gruffudd Get More Work He’s Terrific In This For What He Had, And Overall While Nothing Outstanding Or Memorable San Andreas Still Managed To Be A Solid Time That Is Worth Watching For The Star-studded Cast And Spectacular Special Effects Alone.

Mickey 17 Has Finally Arrived, And Safe To Say It Lives Up To The Hype Potentially Film Of The Year Right Here! “Our Entire Life Is A Punishment.” Was Lucky To Have Saw This One In IMAX While On Vacation And Honestly It’s Probably One Of The Best Theatrical Experiences I’ve Had As Of Recent, Now I’m Not To Familiar With Bong Joon-ho And His Work I Just Know He’s Excellent At His Craft, But With Mickey 17 He Delivers One Of The Most Zaniest, Fascinating, Purposefully Layered, And Engaging Sci-i Films Of The Last Few Years His Work With This Film Is Critically And Boldly Mesmerizing, Let’s Start Off By Saying The Film And It’s Story Was Brilliantly Written It’s Fresh And Creative Commentary On Life, Death, And Political Corruption And Satire, Was Something That’s Very Fun To Watch And Elements/Uses The Sci-Fi Genre In A Way That Felt Visionary Fresh And Unique, The Film Was Engaging From Start To Finish There’s Always Something Going On And The Film’s Approach To It’s Stylistic Narrative Stayed Consistent Which Was Great And The Film’s Cartoonish And Twisted Comedy Was Genius And Hilariously Charming, The Cinematography Was Upstandingly Superb And The Set Pieces Were Out Of This World Especially In IMAX, Robert Pattinson Gives Perhaps His Greatest Performance As Mickey He Showcases An Piece Of His Range That Was Truly Different For Him With The Relishing Creativeness From Bong’s Direction Robert’s Acting Truly Shined Further Never Once In This Film Did It Ever Feel Like I Was Watching Robert Pattinson But He Truly Breathed Air And Brought The Character Of Both Mickeys In Such An Enthralling And Notable Way, Mark Ruffalo Probably Gives The Best Performance Of His Career Here He’s Not Only Hilarious But He Plays The Corrupted/Narcissistic President So Flawlessly, And The Rest Of The Cast Especially Holliday Grainger And Steven Yeun Shine Through With There Incredible Performances As Well, And Overall I Can Already See The Amazingness That Is Mickey 17 Going Forwarded As A Generational Sci-Fi Classic Already, We Seriously Need More Blockbusters Like This Film Now That Takes Risks And Fills The Main Story With Serious Substance/Meaning.

Slacker c87 1990 - ★★★★ https://letterboxd.conexionsite.com/spide/film/slacker/ letterboxd-review-828936957 Thu, 13 Mar 2025 16:34:45 +1300 2025-03-05 No Slacker 1990 4.0 14022 <![CDATA[

After Hearing Nothing But Great Things For Years Linklater’s Directorial Debut Slacker Was Definitely Right Up My Alley. “Uh, I Don't Do Much Really, I Just Read, And Work Here, And, Uh, Sleep And Eat, And, Uh, Watch Movies.” Richard Linklater Will Always Be One Of My Favorite Filmmakers Of All Time His Style And Work Has Always Just Clicked With Me And Honestly Is One Of Hugest Inspirations For Me As Someone Who Wants To One Day Be A Director, Slacker His Directorial Debut Has Easily Got To Be One Of The Most Fascinating And Exhilarating Film Debuts OAT, It’s Screenplay Is Extremely Well Written And Just Has Linklater Written All Over It Especially With The Almost Semi-Sophisticated And Satire Like Dialogue That He’s Extremely Known And Prominent For, But Slacker Also Stands Apart From His Later Work In Alot Of Ways It’s A Film At Its Core Is A Masterfully Made Concept Film, This Movie Is Just Such An Fun Ride And Even Though It’s Basically Plotless It’s The Reason Why It Works So Amazingly Well, It Is Wildly Impressive For How Much Linklater Was Able To Accomplish With An Independent Budget, 16MM Cameras, And Basically A Cast Full Of Complete Nobodies At That Point Linklater Was Able To Craft Something Truly Special With His Directing And Willingness To Make This Work For Resources He Had Proving That He Always An Visionary Genius Of His Craft Is Just So Powerfully Inspiring, From The Amazing Early 90s Austin Setting To The Cinematography That Was Also Wildly Ahead Of Its Time The Experimental And Naturalistic Style Of It Is Delightfully Sublime To Watch It’s Just Some Really Incredible Good Shit, Linklater’s Performance Was Also Rockingly Unparalleled Especially Considering That He Never Really Acted Much After This You Can Tell He Was Trying His Damn Hardest And Worked His Ass Off To Not Only Keep The Film Together With His Chill And Fun Performance Which You Never Really See Anymore, And Overall Not Only Was Slacker An Excellent Debut And Introduced Us To Arguably One Of The Biggest Artists And Voice Of A Generation That Is Richard Linklater, But An Authentically Captivating And Phenomenally Renowned Indie-Film That Paved The Way For Independent Cinema.

Point Break 3w2k2z 1991 - ★★★★ https://letterboxd.conexionsite.com/spide/film/point-break/ letterboxd-review-827332457 Wed, 5 Mar 2025 19:49:04 +1300 2025-03-04 No Point Break 1991 4.0 1089 <![CDATA[

Point Break Is Basically If The Phrase “Hell Yeah” Was A Movie. “Fear Causes Hesitation, And Hesitation Will Cause Your Worst Fears To Come True.” As Someone Who Is An Huge Keanu Fan This Has Been On My Watchlist For Quite Awhile Since This Basically Kicked Off His Action Career And Since I’m Meeting The Lori Petty Who Plays Tyler In The Film This Weekend I Figured Might As Well Finally Check This Film Out And Man Am I Seriously Glad I Did, This Movie Is Just An Total Vibe Sure Most Of Its Writing Is Super Cheesy Especially The Dialogue And There’s Alot About This Film’s Plot That Isn’t Logical In The Slightest But Man Is This Film’s Style Just Seriously So Absurdly Fun I Also Really Dug The Mixing Of Genres It’s An Extremely Dumb Fun Surfer Movie And An Really Great 90s Heist/Action Film Sure It’s Dumb But The Energy And Vibes Are So Great I Mean How Can I Just Not Possibly Love It, Kathryn Bigelow‘s Direction Is Just Perfection Her Take Of The Typical Action Contrasts Is Highly Fun To Watch And The Whole Gonzo Vibe All Works So Well Because Of Her Directing And Style, Keanu Reeves Is So Ridiculously Great In This Film He Makes The Character Of Johnny Utah Both Just So Charming And Badass With His Performance, Patrick Swayze Also Gives An Super Diverting Performance As Bodhi He Just Matches Up With Keanu In This Film So Damn Perfectly There Natural And Flowing Chemistry/Dynamic They Have Is Just Off The Charts, And Gary Busey Is Also An Delight In This And Gives An Excellent ing Performance, The Soundtrack Was Also An Highlight For Me As It Compliments The Film Perfectly Especially During The Surfing Scenes, The Action Is Some Of The Most Entertaining Action I’ve Ever Seen In A Movie Especially During That Amazing Chase Sequence, The Film’s Stunts Where Insane For Its Time They Are So Underrated In My Book And Also Pretty Much Set The Groundwork For Keanu’s Action Career We Know Today Which Was Cool, And Overall Point Break Is Definitely An Product Of The Early 90s As There Is Definitely So Much Wrong With It’s Writing But Weirdly It Is So Amazing And Is Exactly My Type Of Action Movie.
