I'm late to Gilmore Girls which is fair enough to be honest, I was 6 when it first started airing but I've really enjoyed my recent binge. Am I supposed to care about whether John and Sara get a happy ending? They're both selfish, deceitful and full of disrespect for their significant others. I care more about how everything turned out for Halley and Lars to be honest.
But seriously all this heartache because some idiot woman wouldn't just write her number down like a normal person??? I don't often get mad at movie characters because (obviously) they're not real but I hate when a director tells us we're supposed to like nasty people - characters who carelessly hurt people don't deserve happy endings! How did this make it past test audiences? #justice4halley&lars

For me though it was a beautiful look into societies obsession with "the one" and all the problems that arise from falling for the "wrong ones" along the way.
