I had always avoided this film because I assumed it was yet another in the long line of cinematic travesties perpetrated by Friedberg & Seltzer. Imagine my surprise when I quickly realized the filmmaker was Craig Mazin, the brain behind "Chernobyl" and "The Last of Us".

This film is harmless enough. Drake Bell makes a likable enough lead, and Leslie Nielsen turns in one of his better late-career performances. I laughed a hand full of times.
