In honor of the 13 Oscar nominations for The Shape of Water (and GDT’s recent Golden Globes win for best director) our first Showdown of 2018 celebrates fantastical creatures—of the deep, from the forest, in the air, in outer space (but nothing you’d find in a regular zoo, sorry Mr Fox—you’re fantastic, not fantastical). Bring out your dragons, raise up your Nessies, block the bathroom door and let’s get freaky.
