Not entirely horrible cause it did keep me hooked and at the end of the day this is exactly a kind of film I somewhat enjoy watching despite it being quite shit. But I don't enjoy it enough for it to overcome the fact that this whole movie emerges from a sorta insane worldview, I mean most films of this weird genre I somehow enjoy do and every time I just think, these filmmakers sure do have a weird idea of how the world works and yet I still keep coming back to them
just wanted something chill to watch while doing my nails and i mean it's sorta that, i genuinely was positively surprised by how funny the film could be at times, but also a lot of it sucked, really sucked. Illumination's animation style is still garbage and the voice cast for this is baffling and those two things alone strip it of any charm it could maybe otherwise have. but also most of the second half of the film is very much alright so i'm not going too harsh on it but boy the first half stunk
