Idk if I enjoyed this one or not tbh. It’s the same way I felt about the first one. I feel like these movies are just okay and nothing more. They have some silly moments but those moments can’t keep the movie afloat. This movie is just okay

This one doesn’t have the same charm as the first one does. I think it really suffers from not having Kevin bacon honestly, however, Burt is a standout character in this. It was also cool to at least have Earl back as well. It’s also got some wonky cgi monsters which isn’t fun. Still a fun movie overall. I’d give it like a 3.25/5

I didn’t watch a trailer so I went in blind but this movie takes its time to build up its characters and let you get to know them well before taking them away from you. It’s shot so well, the music being a big part of it was a nice touch. Miles Caton did amazing for a breakout role. Once it gets to the vampire stuff it kinda reminds me of from dusk till dawn. This movie fires on all cylinders and even had me tearing up at some points. Truly some outstanding work by everyone involved.

An Adam Sandler classic. I loved this movie as a kid and I love it now as an adult. I can’t wait to show it to my kid some day. I can only hope they love it half as much as me. The movie is hilarious and full of emotion, especially the scene where Julian is getting taken away from Sonny. It’s hard to fight back the tears every time.
